M & L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregae as in drain foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in wall of drain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M & L for providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses copings including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian paints (Brand-Ace)/Berger paint (Brand - Walmasta)/Nerolac paint (Suraksha plus).

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M & L for reinforced concrete pipes 450mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed completenwith collars all as specified.

M & L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) and set in CM 1:6 and similar articles with plain faces complete.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
