Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in Concrete, brick work, masonery complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

All as per item No 1 but embeded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire in any desc and position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Excavation in post holes or similar holes in soft lloose soil each not exc 0.5 Cum getting out ,returning, filling and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type if standard rail s straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 5 above but restraining resecuring the existing barbed wire including making good staples etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh including tie rods, flat iron etc any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanized, (size directed at site by Engr-in-Charge) of mesh fixed to RCC/angle iron post including securing or tying with GI MS wire, staples etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh, size and type to any type of standard ,rails,straining bolts etc. including provison of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplied and fixed mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and haxagonal or square exe 15 cm and n exc 22.50 cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel works as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight protion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing bolts, posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling hoies, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets, (for seciring wire mesh etc) incl all necessary druilling, boling or rieting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290- Gde E0165. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in each layer as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in fdn filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass “B” Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering fair faces of brick work 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and to be finished smooth and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on concrete or brick work surfaces including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above the ground floor etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided etc all as specified and directed.

M&L providing pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs, set in cm 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel deformed TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel deformed TMT bar 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in Mix 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels & drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto.

Demolition of and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar at any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore of pipe, class NP 2 , laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes 300mm bore of pipe including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine preesed precast concrete glazed interlocking paver block any shape and size over sand/stone dust cusion confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling/stone dust under interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in alternate bay as hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L forming contraction(Dummy) joints 65mm deepx10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade `A' and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L heavy duty vitrified chequrered tiles cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment (30cm x30cm), 10mm thick paver and parking tiles, over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing under 10mm thick cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base in hardstanding/floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets, corrugated or semi corrugated etc in roof covering complete and set a side all as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welde tubes confirming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
