M&L for Decoupling pump from motor, taking out impellor, bush, bearing shaft, stuffing box, reassembling the same after replacing the defective parts & carrying out the necessary repair, remetalling, turning, polishing the pump shaft, replacement of steel studs and unserviceable nuts & bolt and testing complete all as directed for the following capacity of pump sets (Note replacing of ball bearing, impellor, stuffing box, etc shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule) (a) Above 10 HP and upto 20 HP

(b) Above 5 HP and upto 10 HP

Material and labour for replacement of bronze impellor of existing size for the following capacity of centrifugal pump sets (a) Above 10 HP and upto 20 HP

(b) Above 5 HP and upto 10 HP

Replacement of ball bearing of existing size suitable for the capacity of centrifugal pump sets :- (a) Above 10 HP and upto 20 HP

(b) Above 5 HP and upto 10 HP

Material and labour for replacement of stainless steel shaft of pump set of following capacity. (a) Above 10 HP and upto 20 HP

(b) Above 5 HP and upto 10 HP

Taking out old unserviceable stuffing box of pump and supply and fixing of stuffing box made of cast iron , along with Tee bolt, graphite gland packing etc complete all as directed for the following capacity of pumps :- (a) Above 10 HP and upto 20 HP

(b) Above 5 HP and upto 10 HP

M&L for Decoupling pump & motor, opening the body of motor, taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully without damaging the stator, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulating material, greasing varnishing the bearing including testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity of motor :- (a) Above 10 HP and upto 20 HP

(b) Above 5 HP and upto 10 HP

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable pump/motor coupling of any size or shape with shaft bore of capacity 7.5 to 15 HP centrifugal pump set

Material and labour for taking out submersible pump set from bore well with the help of chain pulley and tripod , rewinding of burnt out motor with super quality copper winding wire of required gauge insulation with insulating material, drying, varnishing etc, replacement of bushes and re-assembling with pump, lowering in the same bore well and testing complete all as specified and directed for submersible pump set 5 HP/10 HP complete.

Supply and lay 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked,IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches/walls /cellings or laying in floors complete of following sizes including fittings etc. (a) 50 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

(b) 40 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

(c) 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Proviving and fixing gun metal gate valve with CI wheel of appoved quality. (a) 25 mm nominal bore

(b) 40 mm nominal bore

(c) 50 mm nominal bore

(d) 65 mm nominal bore

(e) 80 mm nominal bore

Supply and fix CI Sluice valve flanged PN 1.0 rising spindle of approved quality for iron pipes and fixed of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix CI Sluice valve flanged PN 1.0 rising spindle of approved quality for iron pipes and fixed of size100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed
