Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls

Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical rammer or by hand durmoot to required level as per HPPWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) volume-I, including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level,1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand): ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm( forty millimeter) nominal size) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level,1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % ( zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (Twelve millimeter) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (three point three kilogram per square meter) including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete, Size of Tile 600x600 mm (six hundred into six hundred millimeter) , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm ( Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement: six fine sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws Second class teak wood 35 mm (Thirty five millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :- Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point ninty liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seventy five liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
