Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compund after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specifications including subsequent cutting / removal and sealing of the holes as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement / Epoxy

Sealing of crack / porous concrete by injection process through nipples / grouting complete as per technical specification A) Cement Grout

Chipping of detoriorated concrete and removal of all loose & friable material and fully exposing rusted reinforcement followed by proper cleaning and removing rusts and other foreign materials using sand blasting/ emery cloths/ wire brush etc including formwork s directed and specified by the department complete

Providing and fixing PVC pipes in a grid of 0.5 m c/c throughout the concrete structures. A low viscous epoxy grout with Conbextra EP10 of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent should be inserted throughout the crack to fill the crack. Cutting the exposed nozzle after grouting with a good cutter to make the surface free from grouting pipes and seal the gap with the appread crack with with epoxy putty of Choksey Chemicals as per the specification and the direction of the department complete including formwork.

Supplying and applying of two coat of zinc rich anti corrosive protective coating with Nitrozinc primer of Fosroc or equivalent @ 0.2 ltr/sqm over throroughly cleaned and prepared steel bars including formwork as directed and specified by the department complete.

Guniting concrete surface with single component, fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated, polymer modified structural grade repair mortar like Fosroc Renderoc SP 40 or equivalent at thickness of 25 mm. The repair mortar should have a compressive strength of 45 N/mm2, flexural strength of 7 N/mm2 and tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm2 at 28 days

Structural Strengthening with Carbon Fibre wrapping. Applying Nitowrap 410 saturant Fosroc Chemicals or MasterBrace 4500 saturant of BASF or equivalent with wet film thickness @ 250 micron ( 0.27 ltr per Sqm) over a coat of saturant epoxy primer Nitowrap 30 or equivalent @ 0.11 Ltr/Sqm with brush followed by fixing Carbon Fibre composite system Nitowrap EPCF or equivalent by pressing on saturant and imppregnate the same by applying a final coat of Nitowrap 410 saturant and as directed by the department complete including formwork.
