Drilling of 675 mm dia bore with Reverse Rotary Rig in all kinds of soil including the cost of consumable stores, fuel oil and transportation of rig to the site complete in all respect. Drilling of 675 mm dia bore with reverse rotary rig upto 150 m depth BGL.

Drilling of 675 mm dia bore with reverse rotary rig beyond 150 m depth upto 300 Mts.

Providing and fixing M.S. taper/reducer made out of 6 mm thick M.S. Sheet complete in all respect. Reducer 300 mm X 200 mm

Supply & Fixing of bail plug of M.S pipe complete with inverted U-hook attached to the bottom plug complete in all respect. 200 mm internal dia ( weight 41.6 Kg per mtr) 8 mm thick.

Supplying & fixing mild steel centering guides made out of 32 mm X 6 mm thick M.S. bar complete in all respect.

Supplying & fixing of M.S Clamp of size 150 mm X 12 mm made of MS Flat 1.52 m long, suitable to fit housing pipe including the cost Nut & Bolt of suitable size complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing of well cap having thread to fix on housing pipe complete in all respect 300 mm internal dia.

Supplying at site wooden box of suitable size with Lid & Locking arrangements for preserving strata sample collected from bore.

Supplying of gravel of 1/16” to 1/8” sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipe assembly and the bore. The gravel should be free from dust, dirt or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments (rate including loading and carriage upto site)

Development and Stabilizing of the tube well with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the Engineer- in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Capacity of Air Compressor 300 cfm at 250 PSI

Development and stabilizing of the tubewell with submersible pump of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in –charge including cost of tools, appliances & Consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Making temporary water supply arrangements for drilling of tubewell with reverse rotary rig till completion of bore & packing of gravel.

Supplying, lowering of M.S. Pipe as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore. 300 mm nominal diameter ( weight 62.3 KG per meter) 8.0 mm thickness.

Supplying, lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI duly welded with suitable grade S.S. welding electrode to lower the strainer into tube well bore. 200 mm internal dia ( slot size 0.75 mm) 6.30 mm thickness.

Supplying, lowering & Fixing Stainless Steel Socket as per IS: 8110-2000 or latest ISI duly welded with suitable grade S.S. welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore. 200 .. internal dia.

Supplying, lowering & Fixing of M.S. special Socket to connect S.S. Stainer to M.S pipe duly welded with Suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respect 22 mm internal dia.

Supplying, lowering of MS pipe as per IS: 4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength 1to lower the pipe into tube well bore. 2500mm nominal diameter (weight 41.6 kg per meter) 8 mm thickness.

Making electric Logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc. Complete in all respect.

Collection of water sample from different strata and testing of simple from approved laboratory (Physical & chemical Analysis)

Testing of water sample for heavy metal from approved laboratory as per IS 10500 (Toxic material such as Arsenic, lead, mercury, pesticide etc.)

Submersible motor pump set of 40 HP of six stage pump, range of head upto 70 mt to 90 mtr. for 300 mm dia T/well as per Contract specification. ( Coloma, KSB, Crompton)

P/L of Automatic control pannel suitable for above said motor Inc Shunt capacitor make L & T (as per specifications) with Kit Kat.

Copper Earthing: Earthing of T/W, Earthing of sheet metal/iron clad switches and metallic cases etc, with 20 mm X 3mm thick electrolytic copper tape riveted ( with 10 nos. copper rivets) to 30 Cm X 120 Cm X 3mm thick tinned copper plate (made cylindrical) buried 10 meter below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125 mm and surrounded by salt & Charcoal dust mixture (20 Kg) including fixing the copper tape on wall and in floor etc., up to 13 meter in length ( including bore length) G.I pipe 20 mm dia ( A-class) should be laid in the hole of excavation from bore surface level to 1 feet below ground local and having wire mesh funnel fixed on the top level of the pipe 200 mm x 300mm x 300mm deep haudi of bricks finished with 1:4 cement plaster and haudi covered with cast iron lid having size 300 mm x 300 mm around the hole of excavation. ( Complete as per CSR item 33.14) ( Rs. 13791.75 + 5%)
