Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) For thickness of tiles above 25mm and upto 40mm

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking pavers Block M-50 grade made by Block making machine with strong viberatory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required gray or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm thick or thickness of C.C. 1:4 (! cement: 4 sand) laid over with near cement sulury mixed with pigment to match the shade of block completed -40mm thick.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.In beams joists channels ,angles, tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack afters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.
