Providing & fixing red sand stone Cultural Notice Board in English and Hindi of size 1.20X0.90X0.05m placed over red sand stone pillar of 0.30X0.30m and 1.50m height including pillar base 0.60X0.60X0.20m including graphic work and engraving on red sand stone surface and C.C. base (1:2:4) of size 0.60X0.60X0.30m including excavation of pit 0.30m deep.

Providing and fixing vitreous enamel porcelain base Protection Notice Board of size 0.70X1.00m. The board is made up of 14-gauge MS sheet and enameled in blue and red background with letters in Hindi, English and Punjabi with ASI logo as per approved text provided at the time of execution with angle frame 25x25x4mm back side of board all around and two support in angle 50x50x6mm and 3m long in 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 sand, 4 stone agg. 20mm nominal size) cement concrete blocks 0.30x0.30x0.60m with nuts, bolts welded etc. complete.

Providing of lighting at the monument by providing solar lights of 60watts with inbuilt solar panel of 5V 30W, inbuilt battery of 3.2V 25AH life Po4 and inbuilt radar sensor for movement tracking on a MS pole of 2.5 inch dia and 5 meter height including fitting and installation at the site.

Providing for clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the monument.

Earth work excavation for providing apron including removal of excavated earth/debris lead upto 200mtrs for further disposal levelling and dressing etc. complete

Providing and laying lime concrete in apron in composite mortar 1:1:1:4 (1 Lime, 1 Surkhi, 1 Coarse Sand and 4 Brick agg. 25mm Nominal size) complete.

Providing brick tile masonry in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime, 1 Surkhi, 1 Coarse Sand) in side wall of apron at the site.

Providing and laying of brick tile on edge in apron in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime, 1 Surkhi, 1 Coarse Sand)

Recess pointing of apron in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime, 1 Surkhi, 1 Coarse Sand)

Providing and applying two or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and quality to give an even shade.
