M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflourescent, salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as specified in Item No.1 above, but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling.

All as specified in item No.1 above, but applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on walls complete

M & L for complete scraping down of old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflourescent salts, treating oils, greasy spots and applying complete wall with 3mm thick POP putty for making smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surface of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls by scrapping with steel wire brush of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflourescent, salts, treating oil and greasy spots, filling the holes/cavities and plastering the surface required, cleaning and preparation of the surfaces and applying complete wall with 3mm thick POP putty for making smooth surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction complete all specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall deem to include for scaffolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs.

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old steel surface of any description , over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with sagol over and including dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth with sagol all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying complete wall with 3mm thick POP putty for making smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying complete ceiling with 3mm thick POP putty for making smooth surface and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified incl coping and directed.

M & L for pre cast PCC block mosonry Type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc. 10 cm width and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone masonry random rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining walls, abutments, brought upto courses including necessary provn of weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No. 16 above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The serviceable stone obtained from sl item No. 14 shall be re-used in this item.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces not exc. 40mm to face of stones and dressing of face, beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coursing in cement mortar 1:4

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands, plinth courses, parapets etc like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

S&F MS angle as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5 to 10 mm dia. of neck, mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of iron of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of any description and thickness as in floor including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of guage exc 63mm but not exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block reflective type coloured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment as in floor/pavement laid over and including 25 mm thick crushed stone sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, including sectional area not exc. 25 Sqcm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc. including dismantling old tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble masonry, polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

Contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office. The rate shall be quoted by the contractor including scaffolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs.

Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.

Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site.

Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work and obtain the signature of occupant as the site clearance has done. The same shall be verified and put up before issue of completion certificate.

All Scarps will be done with mechanical scaper

Mechanical scaper should be deposited in our store at the time of sample approval

The rates includes (Ser No 1 to 3, 5) 3mm thick POP putty shall be done by contractor whereever required
