Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

(a) One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by by one switch

(b) One bell/ buzzer point controlled by one push switch.

(c) One switch socket outlet 3 pin 6 amp on same board.

(d) One light point controlled by two 2-way switches, with cables

All as per item No 7 above but 1.5 sq mm cable size and 1.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 amps on Independent board.

All as per item No 7 above but 2.5 sq mm cable size with 2.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board.

All as per item No 7 above but 4 sq mm cable size with 4 sq mm earth continuity wire for one AC point Note for Item No. 1,2 & 7 to 10:- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Attending electrical complaints lodge in MES complaint register at AGE E/M office AF Stn Suratgarh for Tech Area . The contractor will adhere time schedule for function shall as directed by Eng-In-Charge. The following routine complaints should be attending:- (a) Checking the existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the item functional at site, Attending minor repairs such as testing, electrical wire connections, fittings, nut, bolts screws for switch boards loose wires for electrical fittings etc ,emergent complaints i.e. no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break in mains/ sub mains/ internal circuits of existing electrical system of main building/ block. Refixing/shifting of LED light fittings, switch & socket, MCB etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Notes:- (i) The complaint for "No Light" shall be attended immediately/ On Priority. (ii) Contractor should be submit the complaint register alongwirth complaint slip verfied from JE E/M or Engr-in -charge. (iiI) In case trademen daily complaints are not attended per day penalty recovery shall be charged Rs. 200/- per complaint per day.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
