Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 100 metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but notexceeding 3m below avarage ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 3m but notexceeding 4.5m below avarage ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

Extra Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered):

Supply, fixing and laying bi-axial geo-grids, stiching as per specification at junction, Leveling and laying at site as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The reqired testing for qualofication will be carried out by the contractor at his cost. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement at site, laps will also be measured for payment)

Dewatering from trenches, sump, foundation structure using electrical submersible or suitable pump of required capasity with necessary arrangements to the nearest storm water drain or at places shown as directed by EIC including HDPE pipe, maintenance of the system, cost of spares, idling, labour for operation etc. Mode of measeurement will be power consumption in KWh. Note: This item will be operated during abnormal bad weather, surface run off from outside scope of work only.

Construction of granular sub-base of Grading-I material by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing gravel/murram backing / filling 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) for under floor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: Including excavation from borrow pits.

Supplying and placing Filcrete using cement sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material,compaction, pumping,curing etc.,all complete as per specification, drawing, and as directed by the EIC

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per Cu.m of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per Cu.m of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Cleaning the surface of TMT 500D reinforcement of various diameter using wire mesh or equivalent techniques and cement washing using PPC , at all lifts, tools and tackles labour, curing, necessary formwork, transporting, hacking the construction joints complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s / pipe and sleeves /penetration / gates / cage ladders / chequrred plate etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Stainless steel chequered plates,ladders using SS304L grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / matt polishing , fixing at site etc. for trench cover, ladders including special sections and anchor fasteners for fixing as per drawings, specifications complete . A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting of work at site . This work to be executed through approved specialized agency.

Supplying, providing and laying Cement Concrete block masonry using solid concrete blocks of size 400 x 200 x 100mm manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Density not less than 1800 kg/cu.m) of grade N/5 using 20mm down graded aggregates in basement & superstructure at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 including mixing mortar, hacking closely concrete surface, laying blocks, raking joints, curing etc., with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement if provided will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing and constructing precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevations including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 80mm thick partition wall using GLASS bricks of approved make, size and colour over the frame work of approved material at all lifts including laying the glass bricks in line and alignment, jointing the bricks with white cement or other approved adhesive sealant, scaffolding, curing, finishing the joints neatly with white cement or other approved grouting material etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. (Note : The cost of frame work shall be paid separately under relevant item.)

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand, 20mm thick in two layers, outer layer added with waterproofing admixture, including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, providing chicken mesh on outer layer, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming plasreing grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufacturers specification, ‘Impermo’ or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.

Providing and fixing chicken-mesh reinforcement of 1.5mm dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular openings of 10 to 13mm, fixing using nails, including cutting of required sizes complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished 18mm thick Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattern and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 including machine/hand cutting to required size & Shape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the architect/Engineer before procurement.

Supplying and laying approved quality Matt finished type vitrified floor tiles of size (600mmx600mm or 300x300 size) 9 to 10mm thick Kajaria/ Asian/ Nitco or approved equivalent conforming to IS 15622 first quality in pattern / combination as shown in drawing,over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4, jointed with neat cement slurry mixd withg pigment to match the shade of tiles including all materials, labour, tool etc., complete all as per schedule drawings / specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing Acid / Alkali resistant flooring using 12mm thick Acid / Alkali resistant tiles of pelican or approved equivalent make as per IS: 4457 including preparation of surface applying one coat of primer, application of 10mm thick mastic membrane, laying of tiles in potassium silicate based mortar of 2mm thick and pointing the joints with to a depth of 10 to 12mm with CNSL mortar etc. cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect / Engineer before procurement. The job shall be got executed by specialists in this line.

Providing , fixing and installing Anti static False floor system with a cavity of 500mm between subfloor and the false floor, comprising of adjustable type jacks made of 100x100x10mm thick base plate and top head attachment with guide pins, 25mm dia GI rod threaded for the rod 50mm, nuts, lock nuts, etc., fixed at approximately 600mm c/c with anchor bolts to the subfloor, GI tees of 35x35x6mm for framework running in both directions over the jacks in perfect line and level,floor panel made of 600x600x35mm thick panel duly lipped, 3mm thick pvc tiles fixed over the floor panel with proper adhesive, painting the steel surface with two coats of enamel paint including suitably cuttin/ modify the floor panels wherever required for providing outlet for cable as per specification and as directed by EIC.Note:The rate shall be inclusive of one number of double suction cup floor panel lifter shall be handed over to the department.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing in position 50mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 18.00 Kg/Cu.m weight wrapped in 200micron thickness polythene sheets and placing in machine foundation works complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, mixing and caulking areas at and around penetrations, Embedded Parts, expansion joints and at locations as specified in the drawings, including preparation of surfaces and edges, applying appropriate primer, backstop, Tape, masking tapes, supply of necessary tools, equipment, scaffolding, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer In-charge

Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on the other side, 3 layer medium density (Exterior grade) particle board Grade-1, Type - II confirming to IS: 12823 bonded with phenot formaldhyde synthetic resin of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless screws etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Designing, providing and fixing of 4mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel (Durabuild or approved make) cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs and including MS brackets / Aluminium alloy brackets with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM Panel composition shall be of 0.5mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet. All complete as per approved shop drawings and specification

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming to IS 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour, etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying two or more coats of 500 micons Acid/alkali resistant paint conforming to IS:9862 of approved brand and colour to ceiling and walls , including supplying of all materials, preparartion of surface to receive paint, providing and applying bitumen primer conforming to IS :158, labour, materials,scaffolding,etc., complete all as per manufacturers recommendations and as approved by EIC, at all elevations, complete as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying first coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide primer and second coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer and third coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS L 4351 manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and angle threshold of MS angle 50 x 25 mm, or base ties of 1.25 mm thick MS welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre treatment of surface all complete to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non-decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and sizes as per requirement) conforming to IS : 2202, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded, hot pressed with internal Teak wood lipping of 25mm depth on all sides complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 30mm thick factory made PVC door shutters with door frames of approved colour/shade "Sintex / Akrosha” or approved equivalent make and wall thickness 2mm + 0.2mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners, including all accessories & fittings like 3 nos 100mm SS hinges, 2 Nos 125mm Grip aluminium Bow handles, 2 Nos of Aluminium 75mm Baby latch for each door complete all as directed at by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for under relevant item) NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.
