Note for item Ser No 1 to 6 :- (i) All log sheets to be maintained during each shift and details of consumables used to be maintained on each plant running record book. (ii) Records for running hours to be maintained daily on log sheet and plant running record for Pump set. (iii)The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost. (iv)Incase of non operation the plant on account of contractor's fault/ non employment of operators, suitable market recovery per shift shall be recoverd from contractor's dues. (v)Any tradesmen/ employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment more than 11 month. (vi)Misc spares required such as tinted copper fuse wire, cotton, cleaning agents, grease & misc items deemed to be ncluded in the quoted rate. (vii)Monitoring the performance of plant & uploading of records & submission. (viii)Daily check of Pump Sets. (ix)Careful control on the plant/machinery and maintaining clean and Hygienic condition. (x)Area cleaning and Maintenance of plant/machinery premises. Removal of Vegetation in the premises of Pump house from time to time as directed are also deemed to be inclusive (xi)Maintenance of all records and documents as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(xii) Checking of earth values of earth pits and filling of water in earth pits in Pump House. (xiii) SHIFT DUTIES (TIMINGS) (a) I Shift: 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours (b) II Shift 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours Nata 01 Operator por shift total two 02 Operators (FCM) (xiv) Submission of proof of crediting the wages into the bank account / payment made to the employees by the Contractor shall be a pre-requisite to release subsequent payments to contractors. These payment proofs shall be submitted to GE by the contractor before claiming the RAR/FB. The contractor shall also provide the details of individual's EPF and ESI account number to claim the RAR / FB payment from time to time to GE. Register for wages, complaints identity of workers of individuals will be maintained by the contractor and will be submitted to the Dept on monthly basis. (xv) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of logsheets and attendance registers etc, hiring charges of T&P for maint work of all plants and minor consumables such as grease, nut, bolts, PVC insulation tape, screws, fuse wire, clips, Pipe wrench etc for day to day maintenance including maintaining the records/registers such as Log Sheets, break down register, Plant Running Record Book, area cleaning and maintenance of Pump Houses including earth pits near PH for day to day maintenance. (xvi) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system to the operators so that the operator can be communicated and feed back can be obtained. (xvii) Stores viz fitting/fixtures, cable etc shall be issued by the department for replacing unserviceable fittings/fixtures, cables etc where required at no extra cost to the Government, If required. The stores to the extent available in the stores shall be issued.

(xvii) The contractor shall be supplied uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform. The uniform colour code and the pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by Engr-in-Charge (xviii) Technician/employees employed by the contractor will not work contineously for 07 days. The employees worked for six days contineously should be given one day off with payment as per the contract labour act as referred in condition 58 of IAFW-2249. (xix) The contractor is responsible for submitting the documents of qualification / experience certificate & police verification certificate of employees before commencement of work. (xx) The rate considered is deemed to include for 1st hour maintenance including cleaning and replacement of minor spare parts of unserviceable parts and when required. (xxi) The rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards maintenance of hygienic condition and around the installation. The contractor is fully responsible towards the health of staff employed. (xxii) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided per one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xxiii)Attendance register shall be maintained by contractor and it shall be submitted by contractor to the dept for verification. (xxiv)In case of absence operator, double the rate quoted to be recovered. (xxv) Departmental equipments of each building /installations shall be under safe custody. In case of theft any item recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

(xxvi)During operation of installations/equipments/tree trimming respective electrical power lines/Electrical panels/DG Sets equipments should be isolated properly,necessary safety measurements(like helmet,belt, insulation glouves etc..),necessary safety precautions /safety devices to be adopted and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for same & in case any eventuality during their working time to tradesmen/Operators, the contractor is fully responsible. (xxvii)The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability with department and same deemed to be included in quoted rates. (xxviii) Shift operator shall be relived after next shift operator arriving the installations necessary arrangments to be monitored by contactor/contactor's Rep(other than genaral shifts). (xxix)Shift timings & operation of intstallations shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xxx)Each employee should be facilitated with adhoc bonus privilage as applicable in accordance with Govt Of India and the same to be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Documentry proof of duly signed by contarctor/contractor's rep and individual to be forwarded.

M&L for testing of drinking water (outlet of RO plant) as per the IS Norms(IS-10500) with all requisite necessary parameters specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note for Item 7 Above :- 1. Water samples (Both at inlet and Outlet) may be taken from the Pump House & submitted to the testing agency within 12 hours of time. 2. Test reports to be submitted to the Engr-in-charge with in 48 hrs from collection of samples.
