Note for item 1 to 3 : Quoted rate shall deemed to be include following - (a) Construction of plinth for Circuit breaker 1 mtr height x 1 mtr width x 075 mtr length including necessary duct for cable and required size of chequred plates and morum filling, PCC at top 10cm thick (1:2:4) and PCC foundation with 1:4:8 (square foundation) 25cm height all as per drawing provided by the department including plastering to exposed walls and white wash. Providing MS Channel on top for rolling to Breaker including chain link fencing of wire mesh 150x 100 size made out of Gl Wire of height 1.0 mtr fixed with the help of MS flat 25x6 mm and including MS angle 75x45x6mm thick Nos post by means of drilling holes at the distance of 30cm and fixed with the help of suitable nut, bolt and washer. The length of the MS angle iron not less than 2.25mtr, top of the pad to the shape of 60 degree including 3 Nos for inserting barbed wire including 03 runs of barbed wire and including provision of gate of size 1.5mx 0.9mtr made out of MS angle iron 50x 50x6 mm and MS bar 12 mm dia for meshing the gate and locking arrangements including PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 for posts, 2 coats painting to steel members, complete all as specified and directed. (b) Pre-commissioning test of Circuit breaker shall be carried out by rep of accepting officer. Transportation to / fro charges required for inspection officer shall be borne by the contractor.

Providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts, bolt, washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any strata of soil, comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for End joint heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable, 11000 volts grade, heavy duty, cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/ducts/through pipe complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for laying cables/pipes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe 145 x 127 mm conforming to IS: 14930/ IS 16205 for protection of HT Cable 95 sqmm including necessary snap-fit coupler required for fixing complete all as specified and directed.
