Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for socket spigot pipe ends and fittings of 300 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for socket spigot pipe ends and fittings of 250 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for socket spigot pipe ends and fittings of 150 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for periodical cleaning by emptying the tank duly removing the sludge, scrubbing, cleaning the inner surface with wire brushes, bleaching powder of clarifloculator (size 4.25 X 4.2 X 4.4M) RCC plates 960 Nos (Size 1 X 1m). complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for periodical cleaning by emptying the tank duly removing the sludge, scrubbing, cleaning the inner surface with wire brushes, bleaching powder of sedimentation Tank (Size 4.2 X 1.2 X 3.1 M) and (2.2 X 0.95 X 3.1m) gravels tank 4.2 X 1.2 X 1.6M) taking out the gravel layers complete wash, clean and commissioning complete all as specifiied directed Note : sedimentation tank, settler tank and gravel tank shall be measured as one unit.

Periodical cleaning of MIMCO filter bed (filter bed size 2.5 X 2.0 X 3.0M) chamber by taking out the sand and gravel layers complete duly disconnecting the inlet PVC pipe of 50mm dia and clean, wash and refix and commissioning complete all as directed. Note (i) Replacement of filter media will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Broken 50mm dia PVC pipe are to be replaced and will be measured and paid separately.

Periodical cleaning of the raw water settling tank of 3.2 lakhs ltrs capacity consisting of 12 compartments of size 13.10X8.70X3.10 Mtr each by draining/pumping out the water, removing the sludge and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing thoroughly with wire brushes, bleaching powder after cleaning and drying all vegetaions growth/alge etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of providing portable pumpset for pumping out the water to clarifloculator by connecting inlet and outlet flexible hose of suitable. (b) The cost of T&P, cleaning materials, bleaching powder etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive cleaning of settling tank water drainage system

M & L for bailing out mud water from sumps of (size 10.85 X 10.70 X 3.2M) and cleaning by scrubbing with wire brushes thoroughly and removing the sludge complete all as directed.

Periodical cleaning of Gravity feed filter bed chamber of size (filter bed size 4.1 X 3.3 X 1.5M) by taking out carefully complete sand and Gravel layers including intake PVC lateral Pipe 80mm dia with necessary PCC cutting,washing and cleaning complete filter media such as gravel,PVC Pipe & header pipe line of bed and complete filter plant throughly with water and bleaching powder, including taking out mud & sludge and removing the same and refixing the servicable or new material PVC pipe in its original position with necessory PCC work ,segregate the old filter media & repacking the same in different layer into the filter bed and top up with new filter media as required ,complete all as directed. Note : (i) Replacement of new filter media will be measured and paid separately (ii) Broken 80mm dia PVC pipe are to be replaced and will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item of schedule 'A'

Periodical cleaning of raw water incoming channel of size 10 X 0.60 X 0.90 m cleaning by scrubbing thoroughly with bleaching powder and removing sludge all as directed.

All as per Item No.14 above but Cleaning of Aeriator of 3.20m dia and 0.90 m depth all as directed

Bailing out the mud water from over head tank of 50000 Ltr capacity and cleaning duly by scrubbing with wire brushes thoroughly with bleaching powder and water and removing the sludge complete all as specified.

Replacement of unserviceable UPVC pipe of 50mm dia 2m long 4.3mm wall thickness with drilling of 10mm dia holes on the circumference of pipe at equal distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable UPVC pipe of 80mm dia 2m long 4.3mm wall thickness with drilling of 10mm dia holes on the circumference of pipe at equal distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement/topping up the filter media coarse river sand of size 0.5 mm to 0.7mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Filter media sand shall be collected from the nearest river. (b) Labour element for topping up/filling is deemed to be included in item No.10 and 13.

Supply, only filter media in replacement for gravels of size 10/20/40 mm dia in different layers complete all as specified and as directed. Note :(a) Labour element for topping up/filling is deemed to be included in item No.10, 11 and 13.

Removing the old filter media such as sand and gravels to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr complete all as specified.

Supply, stitch and insert the nylon net of size 0.3mm over 50mm dia PVC pipes of 2m long including binding with the nylon rope pieces and closing the end complete all as directed.

Dismantling pump & motor of 50 HP from existing position carefully by disconnecting electric/water connection, suction and delivery line, foot valves, base plate etc for carrying out overhauling and repair/replacement of following worn out/unserviceable spare parts with new as specified under including necessary alighment, setting and testing on completion of the job. Note : Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Disconnecting the cable connections, loosening the foundation bolts and nuts, taking out the motor from the base frame and keeping aside for inspection. Strip opening the motor and taking out the rotor assembly of 50HP induction motor and taking out the old unserviceable bearing (DE and NDE) supply and fix the ball beaings no. 6316(02 Nos), assembling the motor and fixing on base frame, checking for proper alignment with dial gauge, providing proper packings if necessary testing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening carefully the 100HP pump assembly taking out the serviceable shaft, bush impeller assembly complete removing the unserviceable ball bearings and supply and replace ball bearing DE and NDE and refixing the shaft assembly and reassembling the pump with necessary bolts, studs graphite packing testing and commissioning the pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully the 150mm dia suction pipe and removing the old check valve and supply and fix cast iron foot valve thread/flange type 150mm conforming to IS 4038 and refixing the suction pipe at the same position including testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully the 250mm dia suction pipe and removing the old check valve and supply and fix cast iron foot valve thread/flange type 250 mm conforming to IS 4038 and refixing the suction pipe at the same position including testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of squirel cage induction motor of 50 HP capacity including dismantling, removing the burnt out winding wire and rewinding with suitable size and gauge of new copper enamelled winding wire with all accessories like insulating paper, cotton tape glass sleeves, motor terminal plate varnishing and reassembling testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor of 15HP including disconnecting, taking out after loosening nuts, bolts, washers etc..dismantling the old burnt out winding wire carefully and rewinding with suitable size of new winding wire (PVC insulated) of the same gauge, reassembling, testing and commissioning and refixing in its original position complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement CI sluice valve of size 200mm dia confirming to IS -14846 PN-1.0 non raising type both ends flanged with SS spindle including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting electric connections from starter, disconnecting the water connections carefully by unscrewing the nuts, bolts and taking out the submersible pump set from the well including column pipes, and submersible cable, disconnecting the pump and motor opening the pump and motor to locate the faults in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, and carry out necessary repairs as directed re-assembling the same after repair, taking down to the well, including column pipe of any dia, and submersible cable, which have been taken out, re-connecting all electrical and water connections as per existing complete testing and commissioning including new packing materials, nuts, bolts, washers of suitable size all as specified and as directed.
