REPAIR/MAINT OF LT PANELS / FEEDER PILLAR BOX AND CONNECTED WORK IN SECTION IV TO VII UNDER ZONE B UNDER GE(U) BATHINDA.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories such as MCCB/Cubical type switch /Measuring instruments /indicating lamps etc complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box of any discription and size including demolition of PCC foundation and all connected accessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fix of LT feeder piller box factory made cubical type size 60x40x30 cm (panel box size), 415 volts, factory made dust and vermin proof for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick with single door, with suitable incoming and outgoing, suitable size of angle iron legs duly powder coated and fixed in position in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, as per manufacturer instruction complete all as directed including provision of following accessory/components housed in it :- (i) 250 Amp rated aluminium bus bar with PVC slieve supported on insulator : 01 set (set of 04 bus bars)

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of feeder piller boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat on scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (grey in colour) by using spray machine complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Aluminium bus bar 630 Amp capacity in existing LT panel/feeder piller etc including provision of insulation tape RYB in colour and holes, nuts & bolts complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital volt meter of range 0-500 Volt with setting of phase to phase checking of voltage complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter with CT's , 800 A/5 ma of range of scale 0 - 800 A with setting of phasewise checking of current complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter with CT's , 400 A/5 ma of range of scale 0 - 400 A with setting of phasewise checking of current complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers complete fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge .

All as per serial item No. 16 above but for 80 mm bore GI tubing.

Checking of LT Pannel disconnecting of electric supply and taking down LT cable by cutting old nuts bolts & washer etc . Taking out old burnt cable of any size and type/ make from pannel including taking out loop etc. Recnnecting cable after providing new copper lugs of suitable sizes 16 sqmm to 185 sqmm LT cable and fixing with new nuts, botls & washers etc. including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (a) The rate of Excavation and earth work for taking out cable loop is included in this item and nothng shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fix in repair LT Air circuit breaker microprocessor release 4 pole 415 volts 50 Hz, 65 KA, Manual draw out type 1000 Amp capacity complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair LT Air circuit breaker microprocessor release 4 pole 415 volts 50 Hz, 65 KA, Manual draw out type 800 Amp capacity complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volts of capacity 630 Amps, breaking capacity not less than 50 KA, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, Ics=100% Icu conforming to IEC-947, IS-13947 including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers including making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB, TPN, 63 Amp, 415 volts of rupturing capacity 10 KA complete all as directed.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junctionbox/LT panel/O/H line complete all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.

Supply and fix in repair indicator lamp in differenet colour code LED/Neon type (as per sample) (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed.

Repair to LT panel board body by replacing MS sheet of existing gauge size and shape for door shutter/body of feeder piller, including replacement of broken hinges complete all as directed.
