Procurement of 400KV 315MVA Power Transformer

Electrical Items :

315MVA, 400/220/33KV, Three phase ONAN/ ONAF cooled auto transformer including unloading on plinth at site fitted with RIP Bushings (HV/IV/LV/ Neutral RIP Bushings) as described in cl 11.13(B), air cell, NIFPS as described in cl 20.9, on line monitoring device as described in cl.20.10, Surge Capacitor with structure as described in cl.20.12, self re-generating breather as per cl.no. and all accessories/ fittings including OLTC as described under Annexure-II duly passed all routine additional routine and acceptance tests as per IS-2026 with one set of tools as per Annexure-X but without first filling of oil and meeting all technical requirement as per specification and Annexure I of Volume-II. The transformers shall be supplied fitted with Impact Recorder (on returnable basis) during transportation of Transformers and Vehicle tracking system (GPRS/ GPS/ GSM based) to track the exact position of the vehicle during transportation of Transformers as per clause no. 36 of Volume-II

Unit price of following items included in the Offered cost of transformer mentioned above shall be Offered separately.

a) On Line Monitoring Device

b) Complete System of Nitrogen Injection Drain and Stir Method type fire prevention and extinguishing system (NIFPS) including required Nitrogen cylinders dully filled, all piping works, Civil works with material etc.

c) Surge capacitor with structure

d) Self-re-generating maintenance free breathers

Charges for conducting Type test as per clause 24.3 of Volume-II

Temperature rise test (Heat run test)

Vacuum and pressure test on tank

ii. Charges for conducting Special test as per clause 24.4 of Volume-II

Measurement of zero seq. impedance as per cl.16.10 of IS-2026 Part I

Measurement of acoustic noise level as per cl.16.12 of IS:2026 part I

Measurement of power taken by fans as per clause 16.14 of IS-2026 Part I

Measurement of harmonic level of no load current as per clause 16.13 of IS 2026 Part I

IP:55 test on one cooler control cabinet & OLTC cabinet for transformer in accordance with IS : 2147

Test to prove over fluxing capability of transformer.
