(a) M & L for Detecting the pin point fault of defective HT UG cable by using HT fault finding machine and including testing of HT cable after clear the fault free at sitge including at site including earth work, jumper work and removing defective part/joints etc complete -05 Jobs (At 411 TA, Taj view Camp 23 Para, 29 Para and Capt QTR)-05 Jobs (b) Fixing and jointing and testing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable end box/straight through joint (any type/size) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size upto 120 sqmm complete -05 Jobs (c) Trimming / cutting/chopping of tree branches all around LT/HT over conductor upto two meter and removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1. 5 mtr complete all as specified and directed for Capt Qtr Feeder - 110 spans each Span of approx 40RM. (d) M & L for testing & calibration of HT VCB 11 KV from company engineer complete with primary and secondary test as requiered and resetting of relay and proper alignment/servicing of mechanical system of VCB including Tripping & closing coil, limit switch contact jaw/point, spring charging motor with replacement of unservicable of shunt tripping coil -01 Nos and Vaccum Interupter 630 Amps, 11KV , Make- Model No VL-35409 M3 of Crompton greaves - 03 Nos at RBL -01 Job (e) M & L for reparing, testing & calibration of HT RMU 11 KV of Schinieder by company engineer complete with setting of relay and proper alignment/servicing of mechanical system of RMU including filling and testing of SF6 - 02 Job at Taj view Camp. (f) Removing of old paint by removers scrubbing from LT steel poles, cross arms clamps etc for painting and M & L for painting with one coat of superior quality aluminum paint on exposed surface of poles including clamps and cross arms mounted on the poles and MS sections as under making black stripupto 1.5 mtr height from ground level etc, Make : Asian Paint (Apcolite), Shalimar (Superlac Hi Gloss), Nerolac Paint (Nerolac full Gloss)- 140 each Job (g) M& L in replacement for lightening arrestes zinc oxide type, station class 10 KA, discharge current suitable for 11 KV supply system station class including fixing material etc- 03 Sets (Make-Jaipuria Brothers/Oblem/Elpro) Note : Old retrieved unsv material will be bidder's property and credit for the same will be accounted for in the quoted rate.
