CLEANING OF CHS 6 STN B CONVR SYSTEM

LT Module : Charges for rack out the L.T moduels from the panel removing from its position – removal of dust deposits by using vacuum cleaner/ blower- removing the contactor cover- removal of carbon and dust in all electrical components cleaning the carbon dust in moving and fixed contacts, ammeter, control transformer CT’s with molykote tightness checking of all bolts, nuts internal wiring components – reassembling the L.T modules – After completion of the work racked the LT modules inside the panel and put in service position and check the trial run of the modules along with conveyors including cost of all consumables, T&P hire charges etc., complete. L.T Motors: Charges for removing of terminal cover, cleaning of LT motor terminal box by blower, tightness checking of all three phase end termination – bearing checking and greasing. After completion of the work Meggering the motor windings, checking the motor trial operation with load including cost of all consumables, T & P hire charges etc., complete For motor 30 KW to 125 KW

L.T Breakers Charges for rack out the LT Breakers (415 V 3 phase 3200 Amps) from the panel removing from its position removal the arc chute cover cleaning the carbon deposit in all electrical components, moving and fixed contacts protection CTs with molykote tightness, checking of all bolt and nuts internal wiring with in the electrical components, lubricating the breaker mechanism- reassembling the LT Breakers after completion of work racked the L.T Breaker inside panel and put in service position and check the healthiness of the Breakers and operating conditions including cost of all consumables T&P hire charges, etc., complete.

Service Transformers : Charges for removal of carbon dust from the outer surfaces of the transformer body (6.6 KV/ 433V) between the cooling fins by blower/ vacuum cleaner cleaning of earth resistance box and bucholz relay and winding temperature indicator terminals in transformer and earth put condition etc., including cost of all consumables T&P hire charges, etc., complete.

Travelling Tripper : Charges for removal of coal dust from the travelling tripper panel and all electrical components in travelling tripper panel cable reeling drum motor by blower cleaning and servicing the load relays and auxiliary contractors by using molykote and checking of tripper break shoe - checking of tripper cable healthiness etc., including of cost of all consumables T&P hire charges, etc., complete.

LT Bus 6A & 6B (2Nos) and Vertical Drops: Charges for removing the top & side cover of cable alley and removal of carbon dust deposited over the bus bar, support insulators and cable connecting terminals by blower / vacuum cleaner and tightness checking of busbar joints insulator support bolts, cable end terminations and earthing provisions. After completion of work checking the IR value of the LT bus including cost of consumables and T & P hire charges etc.,

HT Motors: Charges for removing of terminal cover, cleaning the terminals box by blower, tightness checking of all three phase end terminals and control termination, checking the De & NDE bearing conditions and lubricating with grease. After completion of the work, Meggering the motor windings and check the motor winding and check the motor for trial operation including cost of all consumables, T & P hire charges etc.,

Pull Chord & Zero Speed Switches: Charges for removal of carbon dust scales deposited in the internal parts of the pull chard switch terminal blocks & actuators and in the zero speed electronic cards, tightness checking of all control wires including cost of all consumables, T&P hire charges, etc., complete.

Providing routine Monitoring staff for SS-VI. Charges for following instruction of SS-V operator and switch ON and OFF the module at SS-VI – rack in and rack out of LT breakers and modules for the purpose of issuing line clear – attending zero speed problem, pull chord and L/R switch in all conveyor for Station `B’ – attending any electrical problem occurred in tipper 59A&B – taking winding and oil temperature reading at SS-VI transformer 6A&6B and watching of oil level, watching the temperature of all HT and LT motors
