Quote tender as per item Description, Technical Specification/Drawing/Annexure and Make to be clearly mentioned and related documents must be uploaded at the time of bidding otherwise offer will be liable to be passed over.
a)Tenderer to quote as per afforesaid description and specification as specified in annexure attached b) The firm need to pre-inspect the site location, i.e. Combined Running Room of Asansol - (Non Veg) kitchen at ground floor and site inspection certificate (self certified) copy need to attach in the offered document. c) Firm need to attach the diagram/sketch of modular kitchen to be proposed with details of items installed against the requisite item in firms letter head. d) The firm need to attain the repair works (if required) while supply, Fabricating and installating of the demanded item at site. e) Firm need to perform their work at site as per site availability need to made available for use (if required). Free availability of site or pre-defined blocked is not feasible and timely completion need to be planned accordingly. f). Local address proof need to be attached and labour charges are under firms responsibility. g). Firm need to maintain the decorum of running room and need to follow the instruction of inchrge or any representative while working at site and regularly maintain clean at work place. Any complaints received during supply, Fabrication and installation, will not be entertained and may result in cancellation of contract. NOTE- Pointwise compliance of above noting need to be done in self certified letter head and supporting documents to be attached accordingly. failed to which the offer is summarily rejected.
