Taking down the defective LED street light fitting/security light fitting of various wattage from 45 to 120 watt from 9m/11m pole etc from any position/height and indentifying the fault and replacing the defective LED driver/replacing the burnt wiring and re-assembling the fittings and re-fixing in its original position and testing for proper functioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Supply only of LED driver and supply and replacement of cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BoQ.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED driver as per sample suitable for existing make & model of 120 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED driver as per sample suitable for existing make & model of 90 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED driver as per sample suitable for existing make & model of 70 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED driver as per sample suitable for existing make & model of 45 watt LED street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 120 Watt LED street light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including taking down of existing unserviceable street light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 6.00 here-in-before but of 90 Watt LED street light fitting.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Post top light fitting 40 Watt / 45 Watt, made in die-cast aluminum housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser, IP 65 protection, spun aluminum powder coated canopy, low power Warm White (WW) LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation arrangement with LED color temperature- 3000K ±300K, Highly efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140-280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 5KV complete suitable for up to 60mm OD pipe entry with fixing bolts including taking down existing unserviceable post top light of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 1.50mtr long bent to required shape and fixed to steel tubular / PCC pole with clamps made out of 40mm x 5 mm MS flat fixed with suitable nuts, bolts and washers etc including taking down existing unserviceable bracket of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix SMC(Sheet Moulded Compound) outdoor type junction box of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm (Outside Dimensions) with 63Amps rated four pole connector, one single pole MCB of 6 Amps rating mounted on DIN rail, stainless steel cable glands of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables including fixing on steel tubular poles / PCC poles with 25mm x 4mm MS clamps (02 Nos), nuts & bolts etc including taking down existing unserviceable junction box of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Making holes (02 Nos - one near cable junction box and other near street light bracket) on existing steel tubular poles of any type, thickness & height through drilling / gas welding work having smooth and chamber edge of hole, for drawing street light control cable through inside of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connect in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS 694, three core, 2.5 sqmm for connecting from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connect in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor and overall PVC sheathed in service connections one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connect in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor and overall PVC sheathed in service connections one twin core cable flat or circular of size 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connect in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor and overall PVC sheathed in service connections one twin core cable flat or circular of size 4 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 40mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Power Cables, Aluminum Stranded Conductor 16 sqmm, 4 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 complete laid in trenches / floors / fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings/LT OH lines and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and provn of cable covers / protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard / dense soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
