Repair/ Maint of LT panel, feeder pillars, distribution panels and connected items certain E/M repairs to external electrification in AOR of GE(E) JRC (East) JRC

M&L for Checking, testing Taking out all the LT cables by cutting old rusted nuts,bolts etc, refreshing all the cables (one incomming and 4 to 8 out going) by providing new lugs, MS nuts, bolts & washers and required excavation work, returning filling, removal and making good. welding of panels hings including making proper locking arrangement of LT panel front and rear doors and proper opening and clossing. Wiring of voltmeter or ammeter with copper conductor single core 1.5 sqmm size,Die cast resin CT for digital Amp meter of any capacity and ratio of CT, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and as directed.Painting of LT Panels with smoke gray paint over a paint of redoxide. Marking incoming & out going feeder to particular block/ Bldg Nos with white paint etc. complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge. a) Excavtion and earth work for taking out cable loop will be included in the rate of the same deemed included in the quoted rate by the contractor, not paid seperately.Note:a)Voltmeter and ameter will be paid separately if required at site. b)If contractor not execute work after one week of site order than 3000 Rrs/day recovery shall be float from RAR

M&L for Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junctionbox/LT panel/O/H line etc all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii)Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.Note:a)Voltmeter and ameter will be paid separately if required at site. b)If contractor not execute work after one week of site order than 3000 Rs/day recovery shall be float from RAR.

M&L in replacement for GI pipe light grade 50mm dia bore with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lin replacement GI pipe light grade 80mm dia bore with all reqd fittings complete all as speciifed and directed.

Taking down/ out unserviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area, any type, any make from trench/ from wall/pole/fixed with walls/ incl pulling through pipe by opening connections and joints including removing pipe, carefully getting out bricks etc keeping aside for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork shall be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (heavy duty) electric strip/ wire armoured electric cable of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per above item No 7 above, but of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core.
