Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings of any size and any description , at height upto 18m with all scaffolding and all necessary safety measures.Complate all as specified and as directed.

Dismanting of wrought iron or mild steel work af any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick AZ150 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws.Complate all as specified and as directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:6 on fair faces of brick work and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper 1st quality over a coat of wall care putty (1.5 mm thick) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately

Material and labour for applying two coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of primer to new plastered of wall (including chajja, facia & ceiling surface) including preparation of surface of any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty(premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth, at any height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of primer to old plastered or unplastered sufaces of wall (including chajja, facia) including preparation of surface of any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing roof felt including plaster of any description carefully from existing roof /parapet without disturbing wall surface and removing the same at a distance exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unrefinforced cement concrete as in Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing the aluminium/copper earthing strips in same position with and including all new fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting chases,pinning in stone concrete block or slab wall making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings,steps,cills,sunshades,sheleves,lintels,etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduct wiring,etc and making good,cutting n.exc 10cm girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting chases,pinning in Brick wall making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings,steps,cills,sunshades,sheleves,lintels,etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduct wiring,etc and making good,cutting exc 10cm but n.exc 20cm girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching at junction of roof and parapet wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete to maintain slope complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F the bird proofing with mesh made of Anti-bird net UV black colour made of materials polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer of machine knotting using CNC machines with DSLS technology for antislip knotting heat setting shall be stearn set for greater dimensional stability and knot firmness and dia meter of mesh shall be 1 mm and size of the mesh 25 X 25 mm(+/-2mm) of square including 4mm dia GI wires@1000 mm across rafters/column or ther bracings and 10mm dia nylon ropes perpendicular to GI wires to create a support grid of 1m X1m including tuing of net to the purlins or other members using 10mm dia nylon ropes, and including taking down of existing bird net of any size descrioption and any size or pattern and upto 18m of height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measure and as directd by engineer-in-charge. . All arrangements for fixing and taking down of this bird net shall be from contractor side.

Spreading and levelling soft soil in layers of 15 cm thick each in existing traverse to a desired slope as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Measured and paid in per sqm per layer 15cm thick layers each and part thereoff in fractions to 15cm thickness. Note: Soil required shall be excavated from pits earmarked by the user unit and measured separately

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth to any lead and lift and deposited in layers as mentiones in Item above, as directed by Engineer-in charge

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, cantilever etc and trimming & cleaning the surface to receive guniting/plastering all as specified and directed from ground to 4th storeys including all necessary form work & scaffolding and safety measures and lowering down the demolished material for disposal and disposing the demolition material out of MD land.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying micro concrete Rendroc RG (S) or equivalent thickness n.exc 40 mm at mouth of rain water pipes,cracks in BP of any shape or size and any description, chajja etc and for structural members all as per manufacturers' instructions complete including Nitro Bond & leak proof form work coated with reabol mould release agent all as specified and directed including all necessary scaffolding.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying polymer modified mortar 15 mm thick with Nitobond AR or equivalent at the rate of 8 Ltrs per bag of PMM for restoring concrete cover to structural members complete all as specified and required including necessary scaffolding.complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling steel rolling shutters complete including shutter, ball bearing, canopy, side guides, locking arrangement etc, height shall be measured from the bottom of the lintel to the finished floor cill level, width shall be measured inclusive of width of the guide rails.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick , with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle and with all necessary fittings and fixtures, height shall be measured from the bottom of the lintel to the finished cill level and width shall be measured inclusive of width of the guide rails.complete all as specified and as directed.
