Supply and installation of extruded aluminium Powder Coated Supply air Diffusers with Square Ceiling Plaque Diffuser, Moulded outer frame and removable plaque core with plain Flush type frame with collar damper with GSS plenum boxes for fixing the Diffusers along with suitable openings for Outer to outer size of 600x600mm

Supply and installation of Extruded Aluminium Powder Coated Return air Diffusers with Square Ceiling Plaque Diffuser, Moulded outer frame and removable plaque core with plain Flush type frame without collar damper along with suitable openings for Outer to outer size of 600x600mm

Supply and installation of Extruded Aluminium Powder Coated Return air Linear continuous Grills without collar damper for fixing above PAC location

Supply and installation of 19mm thick Duct Insulation made out of Closed cell chemically Cross linked Polyethylene Foam (XLPE) laminated with Aluminium foil on one side and Class "0" rating for supply air ducts with necessary adhesives and accessories.

Supply and making of acoustic insulation of 19 mm thick with 24 kg/m3 density for the plenum with all the necessary materials and hardware

Supply and installation of canvas connection along with a openable zip for PAC units as required.

Supply and installation of suitable sized insulated flexible duct to match for the with Aluminium jacket and of glass wool insulation for connection between Main supply duct and collar including universal clamp and GI clamp for centre support for Diffuser connections.

Supply & Installation of Condensate drain piping with suitable size of UPVC piping with necessary insulation

Supply & Installation of Humidifier water piping with UPVC of size 25mm dia with accessories along with ball valve where ever necessary.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of continuous duty cycle, twin condensate pump of suitable capacity, and head as required.

Supply and making under deck insulation for bottom of Roof Slab inside the PAC area with 6 mm thickness Nitrile rubber using necessary adhesives and fixing accessories

Providing and fixing tiled false Ceiling of Acoustical suspended ceiling system with fine fissured tiles having board edges of M/s Armstrong or equivalent with following specifications(a) The tiles shall have humidity resistance of 99% RH,NRC 0.55, light Reflectance>80%, Thermal conductivity k=0.052-0.057 w/moc, colour white, fire performance class O/class 1(Bs-476) with life time warrantee against sag in module size of 600mmx600mmx16mm laid on 24xll-Hot Dipped galvanised steel suspension system having rotary stitching on the main runner, 1200mm and 600mm cross tees.

Supply and fixing of exterior type sun control film for the existing window glasses of PAC room. interior / exterior

Dismantling, shifting of existing LED light fittings - 24 nos. and re-installing using necessary GI chain and anchor fasteners, making connections from existing point using 1 sq.mm X 3 core copper flexible cable , dismantling of Smoke detectors / Response indicators - 5 nos. from the existing ceiling, shifting, and re-installation using necessary cables as required.
