Dismamtling unserviceable DG set of capacity 30 to 35 KVA with electrical cable and accessories complete shifting and stocking at MES store yard within 5 Km radius complete all as directed.

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating set capable of delivering 30 KVA liquid cooled, 415 V (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum AMF functionality, the DG set shall consists of diesel engine couple to a matching alternator through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standarised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete sutable for condition at Mohanbari (capacity of engine, alternators shall be work out taking all derating factors in to consideration) incl PCC (1:2:4) type B2 foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 mtr all around for ease movement and 0.5 metres height) antivibration pads including all features to comply with latest CPCB guide lines and comprising of following :- (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four store conforming to ISO 3046/ BS 5514, water cooled naturally turbo charged capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 30 KVA at out door atmospheric condition at Mohanbari (Taking all derating factor in to consideration, 12/ 24 volt electrical battery 2 Nos (01 working + 01 standby) (as per manufacturer recommendations) start complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixturers as per manufacturer and incl suitable panel with technometer, lubricant oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (Shutdown, high water temperature, low lubricant oil, oil pressure over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lubricant oil and other consumables etc. (ii) ALTERNATOR: Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 V, 4 wire, rated for out put of 30 KVA, minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM IP23 prtection class enclosure, insulation class 'H' salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupled with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE: made of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/ specification. (iv) DIESEL STORAGE TANK: Storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of DG set. (v) CONTROL PANEL: Factory made/ CPRI approved cubical type floor mounted LT panel board, out door type made of MS angle not less than 25x25x5mm and 3.15mm thick MS CRCA sheet front opening type, protection class IP-65, duly powder coated after seven tank pricess with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity for four pole with all standard switch gear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable. (vi) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and power coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and ox 70DB at 3 M from generator set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, lebeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No.371 (E) dated 17 May 2002. (vii) FOUNDATION/ PLINTH/ BASE: shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendation, however minimum 0.5 M. (viii) MISC: Tool kit, operation and maint cat, spare part list overhauling manuals guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer std practices.

Supply, laying and testing cable LT, XLPE insulated, screen PVC bedded galvanised steel strips or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand (Compacted thickness shall be measured for payment) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metres wide and not exc. 1.5 metres in depth for laying of cables, GI tubing and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metres above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry breadth wise along length of cable in trenches after sand cushioning laid for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of 80mm bore GI tubing, light grade, ISI marked for cable protection at road crossing / floor/ wall/ on pole or at any indicated situation duly sealed at both end after drawing cable including necessary clamps, saddles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable earthing any description complete all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead strips 25x3mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I including necessary excavation and earth work, earthing pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover slab of size 50cmx50cm with and including 8mm TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both way, one handle 8mm dia round bar and providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, lugs, earth wire protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Quoted rate shall deem to be included for earth lead and protected pipe up to 7.5 metres)

Material and labour for chemeical pipe earthing electrode of size 3" dia (80mm dia) and 3 metres long of M series model M-392 or T-393 of make Ashlok/ JMV as approved, consisting of inner GI pipe (master) protected with out zinc coated pipewith high crystalline condcutive mixtures (CM) having anti corrosive and conductive properly , sealed in between the two pipe s including threading on both the ends including back filled compound (BFC) 3 bags filled surrounding the earth electrode according to manufacturers instructions and all as specified and testing on completion including watering pipe of 20mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) pit with and including 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover of size 50cmx50cm with 8mm TMT bars @15cm C/C both way, one handle 8mm dia round bar all as per electrical plate No.2 of SSR Part-I, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, earth wire protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and copper earth strips 32x6mm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Quoted rate shall deem to be included for earth lead and protected pipe up to 7.5 metres).

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead strips 24x4mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I including necessary excavation and earth work, earthing pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover slab of size 50cmx50cm with and including 8mm TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both way, one handle 8mm dia round bar and providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, lugs, earth wire protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
