Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed lead upto 1mtr. from cutting edge. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing of prefabricated structure with 24 number of 180x180x8.0 mm column laying on plinth beam with M.S. base plate 375x375x16mm 600mm long anchoring bolt with existing with plinth and column with 192 nos. 16mm dia M.S. bolts 600mm long 20mm thick M.S. plate top with nuts and bolts and trussess member and (TB1) Tie beam of -150x150x8.0mm. Tie runner, the wndow shall be made of powder coated 10 gauge aluminum section frame 2.5"x2.5" and shutter section 2.5"x1.75" two track with fixed wire mesh and sliding with gear glass door shall be made of powder coated hunged door in minimum section 2.5"x2.5" frame and 3'x1.75" door section with 5.5mm thick float glass panel and 6mm thick ACP sheet as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all accessories fitting and fixtures.The flooring shall be done in the vitrified floor tile 2'-0"x2'-0" size epoxy and grout material of approved make Somany, Kajaria all works complete as per requirement including supply and laying of stone aggregate 4" thick stone aggregate cement concrete 1:4:8 mix 3" thick and cement concrete flooring 50mm thick 1:2:4 mix. under the flooring and hardware fitted to the door, windows including all leads lifts and carriage upto working site, high density rigid polyuromhne foam of density 50mm thick (Density 40/2 kg/ mtr3) Make Sintex/Issoyod in continuous section and also includes carriages of material by loading / unloading, lead and stacking at site etc. (complete job) with electric fitting complete job.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Wiring for light point, fan point/exaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVS insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI Box earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVS insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
