Material & Labour for attending complaints for cleaning of all blockages of nahni trap/floor trap,bottle traps, gully traps, P or S traps of WCs,100mm / 75 mm CI pipes and stacks up to Ist manhole, CI/SGSW pipes between gully trap and first manhole, CI Tee/door bends,sewage lines of any dia and depth including opening of cover slabs and and recovering after completion, by passing/rodding ropes,knots,bamboo/wire/kandi, rotary cleaning rods or with mechanical process, and removal of sludge/ mud/dry silt etc, in foul position to outside defence land etc between two manholes to maintain internal sewage system on all working days from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs in the area V of AGE B/R Central with manual / pressure cleaning pumps & flexible roads and other necessary equipments, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of drains/culverts including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI/Steel covers by completely removing silt, soil, mud sludge, vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for any width of drains and depth of drains n exc. 45m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build incement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 of manholes, septic tank, soak pits etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from inside/outside of existing septic tank/manhole/walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid waterproofing admixture as per manufactures instructions inside and outside wall of manhole of brick work/ concrete surface and finishing fair and even inside and even and smooth inside without using extra cement mortar as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Firstly old loose spelled concrete should be chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers chisel & hammer after that cleaning of rust from mild steel rod and applying cement spry 3.00 Kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surfaces and Material and Labour for 12-15 mm thick ready mix plaster in Multi layer for ceiling on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair Including three coat white wash all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge
