Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles pre polished 30cm x 30cm x 22-25mm thick, set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors, 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillars, arches etc but excluding ashlar facing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work, with sub class 'B', bricks kiln well burnt, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m in mean radius, built in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick walls or stone surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as drain PCC incl fair finished drain or channel using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section and size including taking out embedded portion and making good post embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for fencing post, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes n.exc. 0.5 Cum and getting out in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggrgate as in precast posts, fencing posts, straing or terminal posts, struts, etc. for fencing average sectional area n exc.100 sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or miltred tops, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron as in posts and struts for fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5 mm crushed stone aggrgate for bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note: width up to 2.10 mtr of chain link fence.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, of size 4mm(8 SWG) 75 mmX75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note : width up to 1.00 mtr of chain link fence.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, of size 4mm(8 SWG) 50mmX50mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 150 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Fixing only for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 150 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

M&L for Punched tape concertina coil 610 mm dia, made out of 2.60 mm dia (+ - 0.05 mm) high tensile spring steel wire (1620 MPA) with having zinc coating of 120 gms/Sqm as per IS: 228.Each coil having a min 50 turns (Circles), average weight 7.50 to 8 Kg (+ -) 5% including handle and spikes at both ends of coil erect and fixed on top of the 'Y' Shape fencing, tied to the barbed wire/angle iron with suitable GI binding wires complete all as specified and directed. S&F 12 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm long & n exc 10 cm., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm dia & over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooking for columns and binding with M.S wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirmining, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 35.00 above but fro 6 to 8 mm dia for stirups & binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed .
