Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), water proofing compound, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 901 & 903).

Providing Strucutral steel hollow Tubular sections conforming to IS 1161-2014 of all diameters, cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes,placing in position as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of all structural steel sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welded joints, etc., and all operational, incidental charges, including Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses,Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc and Labour charges for fixing Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders erecting and fixing in position by using chain pulley blocks, Derek pole arrangements and cranes etc., including overheads and contractor's profit complete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of roofing with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all operational, incidental labour charges, overheads and contractor's profit complete for finished item of work.

Solid Fly-ash Block masonry 225 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement:sand) using solid fly-ash blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), bricks, water etc., to site, including all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges (with MS Jack Prop Cup lock Pipe Scaffolds, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Fly Ash Block Masonry in CM 1:6 (290x225x140)

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using screened sand (with 50% river sand and 50% Manufactured sand) with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Interior Grade- 1 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for Internal walls - acrylic emulsion paint - 2 Coats + 1 coat primer.

Supplying and fixing DOUBLE SHUTTER DOOR solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to wall using Z Hand fast 300 MM long hold fast and Flush door shutters of 35 mm thick solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply ON BOTH faces conforming to IS:2202 as per drawing including cost of Aluminium fixtures of 2 No tower bolt of 250x10mm dia, 1 No. Aldrops - 300 mm long, 1No. Latche-300mm long, 4 Nos. handles of 150 mm size & 2 No. heavy duty door stopper, 2 no rubber bushes. 6Nos Hinges of 125mm and 4mm thick pin headed glass in the ventilator portion including fixing the fixtures to door with required no. of screws, bolts and nuts including labour charges for fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame etc.cost of overhead & contractor's profit complete for finished item of work as per APSS 1001 & 1002 (Door size :D3-1.052x2.13)
