Providing and laying Double charged Vitrified tile polished finish of size 600x600mm on floor, skirting, etc. of approx 10mm thick (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer (Kajaria / Johnson / Nitco or equivalent) , colour and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, cutting of tiles to required size wherver required including hacking of CC flooring, cleaning of surface, grouting of joints with epoxy grout of desired shade and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. ( Acual laid area to be measured)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles in dados, skirting, and risers of steps, etc of size 300mm x 450mm of approx 8mm thick conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make ( Kajaria/ Johnson/ Nitco or equivalent) , in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm with automatic flushing cistern (Hindware /Parryware or similar approved equivalent) with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, CP Brass angular cock, standard waste pipe including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : a) Range of two urinal basins with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite stone slab of colour black, gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, hacking of CC slab including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Cutting of existing wooden flush door shutters at bottom for required depth to accommodate floor tiles including removing, refixing of door shutters, covering of bottom part for 200 mm high with G.I. sheet wherever required, replacement of damaged hinges & screws with new ones, painting to match existing colour, finishing with all bye work complete as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
