BIANNUAL CONTRACT FOR PROVIDING MANPOWER FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF 1500 KLPD CAPACITY EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT AT NANDINI HITECH MEGA POWDER PLANT AT KANNAMANGALA, RAMANAGARA DISTRICT

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

Satisfactorily completed single contract as prime contract of Operation & Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant on Yearly Basis of capacity 15 LLPD & above for Dairys/Milk Product Plant/Milk Powder Plant which shall be in successful operation for at least One year as on the date of bid opening.

The bidder should be a reputed contractor/service provider who deals with the Operation & Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant or similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements which shall be in successful operation for at least five years as on the date of bid opening.

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Documents in respect of achievement of at least in two Financial years a Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs 55 Lakhs in last 05 years

Reports on financial standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets and auditors report of the past three years and bankers certificates etc

Banker Details for reference

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

GST registration certificate and Service tax registration and PAN Number details etc

The Bidder shall furnish the detailed scope and specifications of the specified services Biannual Contract For Providing Manpower For Operation And Maintenance Of 1500 KLPD Capacity Effluent Treatment Plant At Nandini Hitech Mega Powder Plant At Kannamangala, Ramanagara District as compliance report against our scope of work and specifications. Deviation if any shall be clearly mentioned.
