Quarterly inspection & servicing of the complete air compressor of following capacity installed at different loc Make Atlas Copco (i) Preventive Maintenance Visits: Technicians shall visit once in three months (OIT) i.e.in all a total of 4 man-days shall be spent on preventive maintenance. (ii) Overhauling: Technicians shall provide one visit of three working days during the contract period for overhauling of the unit. During this visit minimum two technicians deputed for carrying out complete yearly scheduled maintenance once in a year. (iii) Service Calls: Apart from the above, in case of any breakdown or any other service required, engineer/ technician with in 24 hrs. From receiving such call at our end except on national/ festival holidays. Such special services can availed two times during the year i.e. in all a total of 2 breakdown/ other service visits are included in the contract. (iv) Scope of Work: Scope of work shall be as per Annexure –I of this offer. Notes:-1: The inspection & servicing shall be carried out by respective OEM only. Contractor has to submit necessary AMC documents with OEM to Garrison Engineer alongwith performance security as required in terms of condition 46 of IAFW-2249. On account of non-submission of necessary documents of AMC with OEM alongwith performance security, the contract is liable to be cancelled. 2. The rates quoted shall also include the attending of emergency breakdowns in Air Compressor plants. If such emergency breakdowns are not attended in time, following compensation shall be levied from the contractor's dues: a) Attending breakdown within 72 hours - Rs Nils b) Attending breakdown within 3 to 7 days - Rs 10000 per breakdown. c) Attending breakdown after 7 days - Rs 25000 per breakdown. 3. Spare parts required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items based on their consumption on ground (refer srl item Nos 2.00 to 4.12). Maintenance and complete overhauling of Air Compressor make – Ingersoll-Rand, Model 9x7 ESV-1 Lub at H No 8 de-caning of old pump oil, lubricating oil, opening and taking out of suction/discharge line filters, loading/unloading system, disconnecting water lines connections, checking of V-belts as required and all of internal parts of Air Compressors, cleaning of all parts, removing any deposited carbon on channels, cleaning of crank case pump, checking and cleaning of connecting rods, crank shaft bearings, replacement of oil seals, loading/unloading plunger and re-assembling of air compressor after repair and replacement of un serviceable parts with new parts, including over hauling of oil pump assy making suction/discharge connection, fixing to existing new/old serviceable V-belt to bring the compressors ready in position for use, testing on load minimum eight hours complete all as specified and directed . Note :-Any parts/Spares/items required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately in respective items as supply only and fixing charges for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
