OVERHAULING OF E/M EQUIPMENTS LIKE DG SETS LIFTS AT DIBT MYSORE UNDER AGE EM R AND D MYSORE OF GE I R AND D EAST BANGALORE

Comprehensive maintenance of DG sets consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance, attending breakdown as and when required and testing of DG set complete i.e. Engine, Alternator etc including all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc., maintenance will be carried out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of the following :- (a) Greasing and lubricating the minor parts. (b) Replacement of Oil Filter element, Fuel filter element, air filter element, fuel flexible pipe, V belt, injector pipes, Rocker arm cover seal, Hose Rubber, Expansion Bellow, Hose for water pipe, cleaning of Fuel tank etc (c) Replacement of water filter element. (d) Adjusting valve tappet / governor clearance / timing. (e) Injector pressure test cleaning and repairing, tightening fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (f) Inspection of EMCP and making serviceable oil pressure and coolant temperature indicators functional by replacement of unserviceable parts.
