S & F Pre - painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile stregth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed to walls fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre - painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile stregth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F MS flat iron wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. , and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards any description, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for false ceiling using 25x23x1.5mm tee both ways & wall angel of 35x25x1.5mm (wall angle to be fitted to walls by scewing on wooden plugs (inserted in wall at every 60 Cm c/c) and neatly sealed the cutting opening ) and including hangars 6 mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long(all costs are included) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick (lake and hill design) laid/inserted to timber/ Steel /aluminum frmework in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings, etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L prepation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil- emulsion over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on wall on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/ Stone masonery built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
