To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last ten years (i.e. 2016-17 to 2025-26) satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work involving Collection of data related to land acquisition and survey from departments of GoK and Digitizing the details / Preparation of DPR by conducting topographical survey using Total Station with DGPS or RTK / Conducting JMC with the revenue department related to land acquisition for value not less than Rs.39.40 Lakhs.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have executed quantities in the last ten years (i.e. 2016-17 to 2025-26) Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work. 1.Collection of data from concerned departments of GoK and Digitizing 600 Acres 2.Fixing and painting of boundary stones: 1750 Nos OR Preparation of DPR by conducting Total station survey with DGPS / RTK for an amount not less than Rs 40.00 Lakhs

Team Leader BE Civil with 5 years Experience 01 No, Revenue Surveyor BSc/BE/Diploma in civil with 03 years Experience 08 Nos and Diploma Graduate/Surveyor Diploma in civil with 03 years Experience 04 Nos.

Contractors should be registered as KPWD Class III Category and above or Firm registration certificate under Udhyam/MSME

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 53.00 lakhs

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 13.20 Lakhs for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled commercial Banks in prescribed format.
