Monthly Maintenance of SCADA System : (a) Testing and rectification of CRP signals in between primary equipment like Disconnector/Earth switch, Circuit Breakers and CTs & PTs GIS Moudles from Switch Yard/ GIS Hall to SCADA HMI as per approved schematics. (b) SCADA operation checking & rectification of primary equipment like Disconnector/Earth switch, Circuit Breakers. BCU operation healthiness checking from IEDs to Primary equipment. (c) SCADA HMI soft interlocks and its logic from BCUs to each feeders in Local/Remote mode and its rectification. (d) Checking of buffered/Unbuffered Reports of SCADA to avoid interruption in SCADA system, SCADA database and its backup storage of Hot and standby SCADA HMI-1/2 will be recovered. (e) Communication System architecture and fiber optics path between IEDs/BCUs to SCADA HMI-1/2 healthiness checking include PAS/Gateway/Decoder/Ethernet switch etc., replacing the damaged/faulty fiber patch cables for smooth operation of the System. (f) Checking of events, alarm, SOE and reports of integrating system with time stamping. (g) GPS synchronization healthiness checking with BCUs/relays and rectification of fault. (h) Checking the healthiness of protocols like IEC61850, IEC60870-5-101/104, Modbus, Modbus tcp, DNP3 etc and rectification of fault. (i) General checking of printer and other peripheral devices associated with SCADA system as per the architecture/ SAS drawing and rectifying the same.
Note: All system old files and setting with SCADA editor and runtime files and software relevant to relays, license keys with its passwords will be provided by UPPTCL
