Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m in depth but not exceeding 3.0m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 3.0m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed locally available dry river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured

Supplying, Erecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-64 (12 meters long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in base & foundation of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of existing/new poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps, nuts, bolts , washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti climbing device, comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying under ground pipe up 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid in concern Item of BOQ.

Each Load break switch will have the following: (i) SF6 three position switches with position ON-OFF-EARTH. (ii) Manual Operated spring mechanism ON-OFF-EARTH for 630A Load Break switch. (iii) Mechanical indicators for position ON-OFF-EARTH. (iv) Mimic diagram at the front facia of RMU. (v) Socket for Capacitive Voltage Indicator ( "Live Cable “ Indicating LEDs energized thru Capacitive Voltage Dividers. (vi) Padlocking facility. (vii) Cable box suitable for cable termination of 1 no. 3Cx 120 sq.mm. XLPE cable.

Accessories with each RMU includes (i) Operating handle - 1 Nos. (ii) Right angled Cable boots Make Siemens /equivelent- 4x sets. (iii) Capacitor Voltage indicator type HR-ST - Make Hartmann 4 Nos.

Separate Metering chamber having : (i) 3 Phase, 3 Limb draw out type bus connected Epoxy potential transformer, ratio 11KV/√3/110V/√3 AC accuracy 1.0, Burdon 50 VA -01. (ii) Digital type voltmer -1Nos. (iii) RYB indication - 1set.

Note:- (i) RMU shall be outdoor plinth mounted as per OEM design. (ii) Erections commissioning and civil work (Plinth protection) for RMU is deemed to be included with unit rate. The plinth protection details as per the manufacturer instruction.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 'than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore from earth electrode to test point including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on complete all as specified and directed

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth streep lead 32X6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1: 3:6), 20mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Part-I. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be 8 mm dia TMT steel bar @ 150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr earth lead strip. (iv) Earth eletrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to packedthickness of 150mm on all sides as specified.
