Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up 2 nos of 100 x 100 x 10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40 x 40 x 6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made out of 200 x 100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.20 x 0.30m 2nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil work, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc complete

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 2.00 m and up to 3.00 m width consist of Skin plate made out of 10mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 x7 5 mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100 x 50 mm Mild Steel Channel (ISMC) at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10 mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, conveyance charges for labours and material and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Horn Type Head Set Assembly heavy duty (approximate 150 Kg) consist of the bottom and top portions made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut made up of gunmetal threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including 5 years warrantyetc., complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Digitally Printed Retroreflective Single Arrow Sign board of size 1595mm x 900mm made of Type XI grade cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67-2012 as per ASTMD-4956-09 Specifications, Digitally Printed using Latex Printer for Traffic Colour logos/text and laminated with UV Resistant clear electro-cut film and applied to proper prepared sign substrate made of 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and back support frame angle of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Supported by 32NB, 2.7mm Thick Stainless steel pipe all round in 304 grade and 2 nos. of vertical posts of 65NB, 3.04mm thick stainless steel pipe of 304 grade firmly fixed to the found by means of properly designed foundation of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm with M15 Grade cement concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation, cost of materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per approved template. The signs shall be manufactured using a system of matched components of reflective sheeting and overlay films and digital inks manufactured and supplied by the reflective sheeting manufacturer .Digitally printed traffic colour (red, blue, green, yellow, orange and brown) areas on white sheeting shall not be having less than 70 percent of the value of the coefficient of retro reflection established for its colour and type of sheeting as given in Table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012.The coefficient of retro reflection after the stipulated warranty period shall be minimum 80 percent of the initial value of the printed sign (initial value shall be minimum 70% of the values given in table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012). Match component system warranty for the components like retro-reflective sheeting, overlay films and digital inks shall be provided by the manufacturer The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of completed three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained by the engineer-in-charge. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed logos/text/legends and their bonding to the retro- reflective sheeting (as per MoRT&H Specification No.801). The latex printer used for digital printing should be used with Inks of low VOC emission and should have Greenguard, eco logo certificate as per UL 2801 Standards. The warranty & Test certificates shall be obtained from the retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge.
