Earth providing work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations drains, pipes cables, etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mte width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sq in plane. Depth height upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposal earth is to leveled and neatly dressed. All kind of soil. 81 numbers sides = 1.00 with dimensions 2.5 x 1.50 x 3.25 = 987.188 cft.

Providing and lying in position cement concrete of specified grade exclusing the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 ( 1 cement and 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) crused of (i) 81 numbers of sides = 1.00 with dimensions 2.5 x1.50 x 2.00 = 607.50 cft, (ii) 81 numbers of sides = 1.00 with dimensions 1.5 x 0.50 x 2.00 = 121.50 cft and (iii) 81 numbers of side 1.00 with dimension 2.50 x 1.50 x 0.25 = 75.94 cft.

Filling available excavated earth ( Excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating layer by remaining and watering load upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1.5 m of (i) 81 numbers of sides = 1.00 with dimensions 2.5 x 1.50 x 1.00 = 303.75 cft and (ii) 81 numbers of sides = 1.00 with dimensions 1.5 x 0.50 x 1.00 = 60.75 cft

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness) including attached pllasters buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, columns, pillars, fillets, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc upto floor five level excluding cost of cetering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.) of 81 numbers of sides = 1.00 with dimensions 1.5 x 0.50 x 6.00 = 364.50 cft

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting bening, placing in position and binding all complete cold twisted cold twisted bars having 81 numbers (i) 4 numbers of Iron bars having length 6 feet = 1944 feet = 592.68 mtr which includes Weight Kg/mtr = 0.62 = total weight = 367.46 Kg (ii) 8 numbers of Iron bars having length 1.5 feet = 972 feet = 296.34 mtr which includes Weight Kg/mtr = 0.39 = total weight = 115.57 Kg

Painting of pillars (with superior and exterior paint) including costs of labour charges incliuding painting of forest department logo and the front phase of the pillar with stencil for mainline BPs Red shade. Adventure 2189 (Nerolac) and for chak BPsYellow shade. Bumble bee 2014 (Nerolac) Exterior Emulsion paint is recommended. Solicon and acrylic emulsion based.

Centering and shuttering including shuttering propping etc and removal of form work for columns piers abutments pillers posts and struts for (i) 81 number having 2 sides of length 1.50 feet x depth height 6.00 feet = 1458 sft. = 135.50 Sqm (ii) 81 number having 2 sides of length 0.50 feet x depth height 6.00 feet = 486 sft = 45.17 Sqm.

Providing labour for bush clearance and materials like paint brush, measuring taps, etc. to the Forest Survey team consitituted by the Forest Departmenton account of Survey of 81 Nos. Boundary Pillars.
