REPAIRS/RESURFACING OF ROADS, ROAD FURNITURES AND ALLIED WORKS AT AOC CENTRE, 454 FD HOSP AND AT OTHER THAN AOC CENTRE UNDER AGE B/R (S) NO-II OF GE SOUTH SECUNDERABAD.

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm , putting in premixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg / 10 m2, blended with 0.09 m3 of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam ,binder and chippings l) depth of holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled with power road roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with minimum binder content of 4% by weight of total mix all as specified and directed .

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.(Note: No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch 'A'.)

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of new/old road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of new/old road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.. S&F in repairs road delinators as per IRC-79-1981 (road way indicators) dual directions, retro reflective, round delinator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75 mm dia and of height 900mm duly powder coat painted and provided with three reflective band of colour red, white and yellow colour, 150 mm wide and 50 micron thick and protected with welded wire cage including necessary excavation of size 300x300x450mm and PCC 1:2:4 type B2 foundation complete all as specified and as directed
