M & L for antistatic flooring over PQC flooring all as per following description: (a) Surface preparation:- new concrete should normally have been placed for at least 28 days and have a moisture content of less than 5%. Floors should be sound and free from contamination such as oil and grease, mortar and paint splashes or curing compound residues. Excess laitance deposits are best removed by light mechanical scabbling, grinding or grit/captive blasting follwed by vaccum cleaning to remove dust debris. (b) Anchorages:- Anchorage grooves shall be cut to a min depth and width of 2x flooring thickness to be laid at edges, bay joints, upstands, drains roadways and regular points, except on a planned copper tape path to earthing point. (c) Priming:- Providing and applying 2 pack epoxy resin primer NITOPRIME 25 for improved adhesion and corrosion protection on the acceptable substrate @ 5 Sqm/litre. Primer to air cure for 24hours before starting floor coating treatment. it must be tack free.

(d) Underlay epoxy (2mm):- Providing and laying self smoothing 3 component epoxy enderlay NITOFLOR EU 5 in 2mm thickness exhibiting following:- Compressive strength (ASTM C579):>60 N/mm2 @ 7 days Tensile strength (BS 6319 part 7):>11 N/mm2 @ 7 days Tensile modulus:>880 N/mm2(BS 6319 part 7) Flexural strength (BS 6319 part 3): 22 N/mm2 @7 days Water absorption (BS 1881 part 122): Nil Curing characterstics @ 350C Initial hardness: 16 hours Full cure: 7 days Pull of adhesion strength Crushing resistance:>2.2 N/mm2 (BS 8204 part 1) Curing characteristics @ 350C Initial hardness: 16 hours full cure: 7 days Adhesion: Greater than the tensile strength of concrete The mixed nitofolor EU5 should be spread to uniform thickness on the prepared surface using either a squeegee or a notched trowel. the subsequent use of a spiked roller, eliminates air entrainment. Overcoating of the nitoflor EU5 with any other fosroc floor system should not start until the nitoflor EU5 is at least 18 hours old, but not later than 48 hours. This shall be followed by laying of copper tape in predefined grid size based upon the floor size and connected to the earth points as per manufacturers instructions.

(e) NITOFLOR CONDUCTIVE UNDERCOAT: Supplying and applying under coat on the primer at a material consumption rate of 4.0 Sqm/litre for nitofor EPU conductive undercoat. The undercoat provides a conductive system passage to earth and correct application and strict adherence to coverage rates are critical to the final electrical properties of the completed floor. For undercoat curing to be complete, adequite ventilation and air movement are necessary. Thorough covering of earthing connections is essential. (f) TOP COAT:- Providing and applying 2mm Nitoflor EPU conductive system as a measure to control static electricity. Moreover, they provide a dense, impervious, coloured and chemical resistant floor surface which is hygienic and easy to clean nitoflor EPU conductive system consists of blended epoxy resins, curing agents, graded inert aggregates. They are epoxy polyurethane applied floor topings for use at a thickness of 2mm. When laid nitoflor EPU conductive system provides a seamless, smooth, light reflective surface. (iv) Trade names of chemical manufactured by one of the manufacturers are specified above. However, equivalent chemicals of M/S Fosroc chemicals, M/S Cipy polyurethanes Pvt Ltd, M/S Sika India Pvt Ltd, Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd, M/S Thermax Ltd may be used with prior approval of Accepting Officer.

200mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) Grade V in a single layer (as per Table 400-1 and 400-2 of MORTH&H specifications for Road and Bridge works) over compacted subgrade with stone aggregates by using motor grader, spreading, leveling and rolling with static roller of capacity 80-100 KN (static roller for layers upto 100mm thick only)/ vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 static wt (for layers 100-200mm thick) and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works ,complete all as specified and directed.

150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers (Each layer of 75mm) manufactured in WMM plant. Each layer compacted separately (as per Table 400-12 and 400-13 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works), with crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, spreading and consolidated to reqd gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. If the water absorption value of coarse aggregates is greater than 2%, the soundness test shall be carried out on the material delivered at site. Finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works ,complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 125mm thick having compressive strength not less than 7MPa at 07 days (para 4.1 IRC:SP:49-2014) for each consecutive group of 05 cubes. Individual strength of each cube must not be less than 5.5 MPa at 07 days (para 4.1 IRC:SP:49-2014). Size of aggregates not exceeding 26.5mm (Grading and other physical parameters as per Table 600-1 of MORTH&H specification for Road and Bridge works/ Table 1 IRC:SP:49-2014). Min cement content must not be less than 140 kg/cum (para 4.2 IRC:SP:49-2014) mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100KN static weight including necessary formwork, finishing etc complete all as specified and directed. Transverse joints, where required will be paid for separately ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Laying (no additional payment for overlap) 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having minimum weight 390 gm/sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips as minimum 100mm and transverse joints at ends as minimum 150mm etc ,complete all as specified and directed.

10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer. The sand cushion must not contain stones/other hard or uneven matter, complete all as specified and directed.

150 mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of minimum field Flexural Strength of 45 kg/sq cm, Lower control limit (LCL) at 28 days in pavement slab using min 400 kg of cement per cum as per IRC 15-2017 (only 43 grade OPC must be used in PQC) mixed with non-circular synthetic fibre reinforcement by mech means at the rate by weight of cement as specified by manufacturer per cum of PQC. The max size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.5 mm and gradation as per Table 3 of IRC:15-2017, laid spread and compacted with fixed-form paver (width to be planned as per project requirements). Note: Non-circular synthetic fibre reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately.”

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC using high RPM Diamond bit cutter. The joint be cleaned and filled with pre-molded compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and then priming top 15 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212,8S-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum MAF ± 30%, applying masked tape on the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 year performance guarantee. Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer. Top- level of joint sealant should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/ failure, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide using high RPM diamond bit cutter, cleaning of surface and filling with closed cell, medium density cross linked polyethylene backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as specified and as per the method specified by the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed. Before the adjoining bay is laid. The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 year performance guarantee. Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer. Top level of joint sealant should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/ failur ,complete all as specified and directed.

Forming dummy/contraction joint using high RPM diamond cutter with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut/- to 6 mm width and 24 mm deep from the top. Joint to be filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia for complete length of the joint, priming the top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003. The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 year performance guarantee. Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditions specified by the sealant manufacturer, Top level of joint sealant should he as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/ failure ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 2400C and minimum tensile in all types of concrete and mortars (0.25% or at the rate as per manufacturer's instructions by weight of cement) ,complete all as specified and directed.

Marking strip, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line not less than 2.5 mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (white or yellow) including admixture layer of beads confirming to BS-6088 and MOST specification by using automatic mechanical road paint marking including cleaning of all dirt, scales ,oil, grease and foreign material etc. (Make Asian Paints /Shalimar /Nerolac Paints or equivalents ) ,complete all as specified and directed.

LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, comprising earth work , excavation, returning filling, disposal of surplus spoils to a distance not exc 50 mtr from starting point in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, 200mm thick, vent shaft, connections etc.for 10 users (2000 litres) including all fittings, fixtures, testing on completion complete all as specified.
