Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Siren along with allied electro-mechanical works at the proposed site. Providing and fitting of 01 No. “Horizontal double mounting Electrically operated Dynamically balanced siren” of range 7-10 km, coupled with 3 phase, 3-5 HP motor (CE & ISI Mark, of specifications 2800 ± 5% RPM, 415V ± 10%, 50Hz ± 5% provided with F class insulation. Job involves fabrication of portable canopy set for all weather protection of siren which is to be installed at the roof top of Jakhol signaling station’s control room. Job involves lifting the siren on the roof of control room by way of chain pulley arrangement and installed in the canopy set arrangement with the help of foundation bolts. Job also includes providing and installation of suitable rating DOL starter 01 No. with single phase protection and 01 No. changeover switch of capacity 63 Amp. Job also includes providing and laying of 4 core Aluminum cable of length approx 25 m from electric pole to the main switch in control room and Copper cable of length approx 15 m for internal connections as per the actual site conditions for connecting all electrical equipments. After making all electrical connections, job includes testing and commissioning of siren on AC and also on DG set. Complete job includes supply and fitting charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery used like tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material, transportation charges, handling charges, installation charges including all kinds of taxes as applicable
