   a] The tenderer must have supplied the tendered item / safety shoes with different specification to this Railway or any other zonal railways/production units or Other Government Departments. Documentary evidence (such as R/Notes, RITES Inspection Certificate etc.,) must be furnished along with the offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders. The tenderer with satisfactory past performance as mentioned above for the tendered item / safety shoes with different specification for 20% of the tendered value i.e. Rs.2,14,144/- or more against a single contract during the last three years prior to and excluding tender opening date may be considered (as responsive to S.Rly requirements) for placement of bulk and regular order. [b] If such past performance level is lower, then the offer may be considered [as responsive to SRailway requirements] for placement of developmental order not exceeding 20 percent of the net procurable quantity. Tenderers, who have no past performance as above, may also be considered for developmental orders. For consideration of such developmental orders, such tenderers must enclose along with their quotation, details of M& P testing facilities, QAP [ if available], Technical manpower / financial status available with them and MSE/NSIC registration certificate for same/similar items. [c] In case the tenderers do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their offer, the tender will be decided on the basis of their past supply performance records as available with SR [if any] and no back reference shall be made in this regard. In case none of the firms who have participated in the tender, fulfill the criteria specified for regular order for bulk quantity, in para above, then the purchaser reserves the right to procure bulk quantity from the tenderers who have participated based on other credentials submitted by them in support of their offer.

   (a) HILLSON, BATA, ALLEN COOPER, LIBERTY, LEE COOPER only. Offers other than the above mentioned Brand/Make will not be accepted. (b) Documentary evidence/details of having installed the DIP machinery in their manufacturing factory as on bid closing date has to be provided along with the bid to consider the offer.

   1) Participation shall be from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized agents/dealers. 2) Agents/dealers shall submit a valid Tender-Specific Authorization from the OEM, failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected. 3) In case of authorized participation, the OEM shall bear full responsibility for quality, performance, and warranty obligations of the supplied material. 4)Inspection shall be carried out at the OEM's manufacturing premises only. The above shall be governed by Para 3.4 of Part-B of Southern Railway Tender Conditions.

   1) FOR :DESTINATION BY ROAD. Accordingly, the firms are advised to quote on "FOR DESTINATION BASIS BY ROAD.

   (1) Delivery is By Road on door delivery basis. (2) Delivery charges including unloading charges at destination are in the scope of the supplier. (3) Railway reserves the right to pass over offers quoted with deviation such as unloading stores by consignee at consignee premises.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Validity of offers: Offers should be valid for 90 days after closing date of tender. Any offer having lesser validity shall be deemed as commercially unresponsive and will be summarily rejected

I/We affirm that we shall abide by the Code of Integrity in general, with specific reference to conflict of interest, anti competitive practices and obligation to proactive disclosures. I/We understand that we are fully responsible for the above declaration and it shall not be the Railway's responsibility to verify the same. I/We are aware that we shall be liable for all consequences of violation of Code of Integrity, if detected, at any stage.
