M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil-emulsion, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer & putty (1mm thick) to wall surfaces including preparation of old surface of wall, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint (white or tinned), complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or tinned), complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick in two layer (10 mm and 5 mm thick) rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4, mixing with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement consumed and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of weather coat (exterior grade) over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
