ROUTINE GRASS CUTTING FOR THE ADJACENT AREA OF RUNWAY, PTT AND ADJOINING AREA AT AF STN HASI MARA

Labour and T&P for cutting grass by mechanically operated Mulcher including removing of material upto a distance exc 250m & n.exc 500m, obtained from cutting & cleaning, (from the concrete edges), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Mechanical Mulcher (i.e.set of one tractor & Mulcher) with POL & MT driver shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive all provisions. (ii) The mechanical Mulcher shall be operated from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including lunch break of half an hour, excluding Sundays and holidays on requirement basis. (iii) Minimum output of one mechanical Mulcher shall not be less than 6000 Sqm per day (grass cutting clear area). (iv) Attendance register shall be maintained by the Engg in Charge for operation of this item and shall be submitted to GE duly signed by contractor, JE and Engg - in - charge while processing payment of RAR).(v) On any particular day more than one Mulcher may be provided as on required basis. The unit of work shall be measured multiple of job per day.

(iii) Minimum output of one bush cutter shall not be less than 350 Sqm per day (grass cutting clear area). (iv) Attendance register shall be maintained by the Engg in Charge for operation of this item and shall be submitted to GE duly signed by contractor, JE and Engg - in - charge while processing payment of RAR). (v) On any particular day more than one Bush cutter may be provided as on required basis. The unit of work shall be measured multiple of job per day.

Cutting/Scraping grass/wild growth and all vegetation etc manually around the runway light etc, stacking into heaps and removing off from the premises upto a distance exceeding 250m & n.exc 500m, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The work shall be carried out on requirement basis during the contract period.)

Note:- (i) Edge cutter mower with POL & operator shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive all provisions. (ii) The Edge cutter mower shall be operated from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including lunch break of half an hour, excluding Sundays and holidays on requirement basis. (iii) Minimum output of one bush cutter shall not be less than 350 Sqm per day (grass cutting clear area). (iv) Attendance register shall be maintained by the Engg in Charge for operation of this item and shall be submitted to GE duly signed by contractor, JE and Engg - in - charge while processing payment of RAR). (v) On any particular day more than one Edge cutter mower may be provided as on required basis. The unit of work shall be measured multiple of job per day.
