Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard-core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing / blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specification drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 latest using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge, for the following.

For all type of Structural / RCC Elements

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking / removing and cleaning steel /timber shuttering & centring for form work in foundation plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural / RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of formwork, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, recoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn nealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL,TATA STEEL , RINL,JSW steel only.

Brick masonry work at all floors and levels plinth, cable pits, trench, steps etc. using well burnt bricks from approved lot, of class designation 3.5 (classification as per IS1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 3.50 N/mm2 ) in C.M 1:6 to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints/simultaneous flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roof it Mix 'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt. Ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acrylic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s. Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equivalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roof it Mix 'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru /neat cement over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Disposing off the surplus excavated materials/construction debrises/garden waste material by mechanical transport to the dumping areas out side colony with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing random rubble masonry with rough dressed hard stone below plinth in foundation, plinth, retaining wall etc. in cement mortar 1:6 including through stone, header stone, bond stone, quoins etc. well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, striking, raking out joints & finishing the joints, including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cement pointing with raised and cut pointing to random rubble masonry wall with Cement Mortar 1:3 including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints, curing scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made Half batter kerb stones from approved manufactures M/s. Super Tiles or other equivalent, made up of cement concrete of grade not less than M-30 and having size 600mm x 300mm x 100mm, of approved design fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3 etc. including earth work and 75mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made Bull Nose kerb stones from approved manufacturers M/s. Super Tiles or other equivalent, made up of cement concrete of grade not less than M-30 and having size 600mm x 300mm x 100mm, of approved design fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3 etc. including earth work and 75mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment)

Providing & laying flooring / skirting with first quality M/s. Pavit or as approved equivalent make of size 200 x 200 and 100 x 100 having thickness 10mm thick in required pattern, equal nos and combination of series & Colour or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid over tile using 20 mm thick c.m. bedding with necessary cement slurry of required consistency under and over cement mortar bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out wherever necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, drawings, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick factory made Shot blasted combi paver blocks of M/s. Super Tiles & Marble Pvt Ltd or equivalent approved make, colour, shape laid in pattern manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-30, including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including preparation & consolidation of sub base, and vibrating the paver block surface with surface vibrator, finished in line, level and filling the joints with fine sand and removal of excess sand, cleaning the surface complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick factory made Natural Stone Finish concrete Cobble for circular area of M/s. Super Tiles & Marble Pvt Ltd or equivalent approved make, colour, shape laid in pattern manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-30, including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including preparation & consolidation of sub base, and vibrating the paver block surface with surface vibrator, finished in line, level and filling the joints with fine sand and removal of excess sand, cleaning the surface complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Heavy duty outdoor/exterior grade Vitrified tiles of approx. size of 400 mm X 400 mm/300 x 300 mm of first quality of M/s. H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd/M/s. Pavit (Colorado range) or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, pattern and of thickness as per manufacture's specifications, fixed over 20 mm thick backing/bedding using ready mix cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing, laying & fixing 60mm thk precast grass paver blocks/flag stone of following grade of M/s super tiles, laid over a layer of 50 mm thick stone dust mixed with red murum over well consoildited sub-base including filling the joints with redmurrum etc.transporting to site, placing to proper line & level etc including cost all material , labours, tools wastage etc complete as per specficification drawing as directed by E-I-C

Providing and laying of 18 mm Thick Steel Grey/Ruby red Granite stone for tread & riser including making 3 rows of 5 mm X 5mm antiskid grooves in tread by machine and nosing at all floors & levels laid over 20/12mm bedding/backing of C.M. 1:4 including curing hand polishing removing / dismantling the existing with bedding / backing mortar and disposal of debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying in flooring/dado of 18 mm thick Steel grey / ruby red/or other approved granite stone with approved patterns, shade and surface finish (Hond finish/ Mirror Polish) with stone slabs of various size in pattern with 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar bedding. Including cutting of stone slabs, moulding in required shapes as pre drawing, using adhesive for jointing, wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing quarter round granite moulding, mirror polished/honed finished of size 25mm*18 mm(approx) of approved colour and shade using araldite/C.M.backing as required etc.complete as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Glass mosaic tiles 20 mm x 20 mm of approved size, make, colour, shade & pattern fixed over 20 mm thick backing using ready mix cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying Murals using glass mosaic tiles of M/s, Shon Ceramic Pvt.Ltd. approved size, make, colour, shade & pattern fixed over 20 mm thick backing using ready mix cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer ( Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian Paints OR Auqatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weather shield power flex rain proof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 litre/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @ 0.29 Litre/sqm & two top coats @ 0.18Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In charge

Over Sand Faced Plaster/Concrete finished surface etc..

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty scaffolding and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blow lamp and disposal of debris outside colony etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer In-charge.

Heavy duty outdoor/exterior grade Vitrified tiles for wall cladding of approx. size of 240 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm,(Bostonbrick & Egypt Art or similar) of M/s. H & R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, pattern and of thickness as per manufacture's specifications, fixed over 20 mm thick backing/bedding using ready mix cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing NP 2 class RCC Hume pipe of following dia and laying / burrying under ground including making holes in masonry/ concrete work wherever required, making good the holes after laying the Hume pipe with collar joints using stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) and sealing open end swith wooden bush etc. all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel pipe handrail in round/ square/ rectagular pipes at all levels levels conforming to 304 grade of steel, of various dia approximately, pattern is all as per pattern & design in drawing including necessary S.S bend, tees, welding / nut-bolt necessary anchoring polishing and fixing in concrete/ brick wall with S.S lugs, making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces etc. as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel frame work using square pipe 150 mm x 150 mm with powder coating & 32mm dia S.S pipe at all levels levels conforming to 304 grade of steel, pattern is all as per pattern & design in drawing including necessary S.S bend, tees, welding / nut-bolt necessary anchoring polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs, making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces etc. as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing on Exposed or concealed surfaces the following dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (C-PVC) pipe of specified class of M/s. SUPREME / PRINCE/ M/s. Jain Irrigation/M/s. Ajay pipes or other approved equivalent consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying & fixing C-PVC pipes, including necessary all fittings conforming to IS 15778 ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, over flow and vent using M.S. nails/screws, rawl plugs, wooden gutties and branded clamps of Supreme/Prince make to the pipeline as per the site requirement. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers catalogue for leak proof joint or as per relevant code iv) Making leak proof threaded / solvent joints. including cutting the pipe, Joint preparation, cleaning, marking, application of solvent, assembling, curing etc. and the cost of jointing cement solvent materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. proof joints. vi) Providing and fixing C-PVC joinable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bends, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, By pass bends, etc. vii) including removing existing GI pipe line with fittings and specials etc. if any..

Supply & fixing concrete tree guard of Vyara make of size 950mm x 950mmx 75mm, ID 600, approved finish and colour and including transportation, fixing etc. etc. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) 2mm thick sheet over embossing/etching/color/power coating of DCSEM Logo, letters aper per drawing etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts, bolts, fasteners, welding etc. of required size including fixing the same at all heights, floor & location with suitable arrangement as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (only weight of stainless steel shall be considered for payment)

Carry Artistic Painting with oil based paint on wall surface including paint material, surface preparation, painting as per approved drawing, Theme, shade etc. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In charge.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick shera board plank in wooden finish for roofing as per drawing & specification including necessary fixing in galvanized metal screws & Adhesive material,leveling white cement,cuting in required shape, size covering with ridge etc. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick bison board for roofing as per drawing & specification including necessary fixing in hot dip galvanized metal screw fully tradred,self tapping Screw,cuting in required shape, size covering with ridge etc. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In charge.

Supplying and fixing in position structural steel at all level using Galvanized and Mass of Zinc Coating shall not be less than 610 Gram per Sqm. member like SHS, M.S. plate, angle, Flats, Decorative grill, braket, clamps etc including cutting, welding ,foundation bolt, anchor fasteners, painting with coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved shade & make over a coat of approved steel primers etc. All complete as per drawing & specification and as directed by the Engineer-In charge.

Play & Open Gym Equipment Supply, Installation & Commissioning of following play equipments of M/s. Arihant Industries Corporation Limited or other approved equivalent in approved colour scheme at various locations as per annexure for general technical specifications, including foundation work, foundation bolts etc. according to manufacturer recommendations, complete all as per manufacturer specifications including all labour, material, taxes & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: Shop drawings of equipments with full details of materials to be used & manufacturer's approved drawing for foundation details should be approved before start of work.

Comprehensive maintenance of newly installed playing equipments under item no. 45 including Monthly cleaning & replacement of damaged parts etc. cost of all labour, material, taxes etc. Note: Panel recovery of Rs. 500 per day per complaint will be levied if not attended within 3 days. Maintenance will start on completion of guarantee/ defect liability period.
