Order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent having proven performance. The manufacturer firm must have satisfactorily executed order of Zonal Railways/ PUS/CORE, other Govt. ,Semi Govt. organization for the tendered/similar item against purchase order placed during three preceding completed financial year and current year up to date of tender opening. Similar item means:- a) Eddy Current Array Equipment for detection of surface cracks/flaws, OR b) Electromagnetic flaw/crack Detector OR c) Ultrasonic flaw/crack detector. with similar type description and specification

Manufacturers or their authorized Distributor/ Dealer/Agent with Tenders specific authorization can only quote. OEMs can authorize and give Tender Specific Authorization to its Agent / dealers to quote on their behalf provided the manufacturer takes full responsibility for the quality of the material including warranty obligation and the inspection of product against Railways order is carried out at the manufacturers premises. The offer without Tender Specific Authorisation Letter will be summarily rejected if tenderer is not manufacturer/OEM

The OEM authorization letter to be attached along with offer for after sales service duly confirming that they will stand guarantee / warranty for period of 2 years after the supply or else offer will not be considered

HAVE YOU SUBMITTED BANKER DETAILS VIZ. NAME OF BANK AND COMPLETE ADDRESS WITH PIN CODE, BANK A/C NUMBER, TYPE OF A/C, BRANCH CODE NO., BENIFICIARY NAME AND ADDRESS,IFSC CODE, RTGS CODE ETC. ALONGWITH GST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO SUBMIT THE BANKS DETAILS FOR RELEASING OF PAYMENTS.

Have you quoted price of basic machine, Concomitant Accessories, essential spares, essential services, AMC and other items as per the requirement. It is mandatory to submit offers against all these items otherwise the bid shall not be considered in ranking

1) Offered model, product brochure/literature to be uploaded for evaluation. 2) Compliance to technical specification for each of enclosed specification parameters should be uploaded or else the offer will be rejected. 3) In case of any deviation to specification like in terms of dimension, capacity, size and etc it should be clearly indicated in the offer. 4) In case of any deviation to warranty, should be clearly indicated in the offer. 5) Railway reserves the right either to consider or not to consider offered deviations based on end user requirement.
