Development of Proposed Resettlement Colony in village Jamada of Additional Spillway Project of Hirakud Dam (Phase-2).

Clearing shrub jungles, uprooting stumps & small bushes and trees below 1m height and disposing of the debris clear of work site with supply of all equipments, tools & plants, labour etc. required for the work including supervision charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Payment basing on pre- measurement).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel, moorum, D.I. rock, with interspread boulders up to 0.5 cum in volume including trimming the slopes and bed to proper profile and disposal of useful soil in scientifically approved surface in filling section to receive compaction and un-useful soil in spoil bank as required with all leads, lifts, delifts, loading and unloading, cost component including the cost of tools and plants, all materials, with mobilisation and demobilisation and construction and maintenance of haul road, cost of all labour and supervision charges, supplying and maintenance of equipment with operation and maintenance charges with all incidental charges excluding GST to complete the item of work as per design, drawing, specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in any approved type of soil in approved borrow areas by mechanical means including stripping of borrow area and clearing of all trees, stumps, roots, bushes, rubbish, humus and other objectionable materials outside the designated borrow area for bringing earth as required for the work including cost of construction and maintenance of haul roads and approach roads from the borrow area to work site including watering if required in borrow area loading and transporting the excavated materials by mechanical means and laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface in filling reaches by mechanical means and proper compaction with P.R.R. including re-handling the soil if required (to make the fill ready for watering and compaction) to proper shape & size with all leads, lifts, delifts and cost of dewatering if any, cost of all materials , royalty on materials including the cost of mobilsation and demobilization, supplying operation maintenance of all machineries equipments and labour required for the work inclusive of supervision charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Payment will be made on finished design section & contractor has to arrange borrow earth at his own cost).

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil with all leads and lift including dressing and leveling the bed & depositing the excavated earth away from work site with all cost, conveyance, labour with T&P and all other incidental charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with filling sand well watered and rammed for preparation of bed for laying concrete including cost, conveyance, royalties, labour with T&P and all other incidental charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false work and dismantling the same after casting, including all cost, conveyance, labour with T&P and all other incidental charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Supplying. fitting and placing in position uncoated HYSD bar as per drawing and technical specification including all cost, conveyance, labour with T&P and all other incidental charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Cement Concrete ( 1:3:6) using 40 mm size hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregate from approved quality free from weathered skin & flakes including all cost, conveyance, royalty, labour with T&P, curing and all other incidental charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Cement Concrete ( 1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard granite broken coarse aggregate from approved quality free from weathered skin & flakes including all cost,conveyance, royalty, labour with T&P, curing and all other incidental charges excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.
