Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours,shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 450 x 310 mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade Complete.

Providing and fixing in position Chinaware Floor Mounted One Piece EWC type with matching chinaware cistern 10 ltr. Capacity. (without cistern fitting) with P trap or S trap of approved make (to the approval of the Engineer-in-charge) and seat cover complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Chinaware Floor Mounted One Piece EWC rim less type with matching chinaware cistern 10 ltr. Capacity. (without cistern fitting) size 69x36x74 cm with P trap or S trap and seat covercomplete in all respect.
