Dismantling of transformer, removing all the base frame nut/bolt and disconnecting H T cable connection as well as outgoing connection. Dismantling the complete transformer. Removing the top cover, oil tank, silica jel breather and fins etc. lifting the core and coils from the transformer tank.

Rewinding of 11 KV HT winding limbs, removing the burnt winding. Providing the new TPC copper strips and making the new HT coils as per original. Fixing the coil transformer core with proper HT installation making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with HT insulation.

Re-insulation of LT winding limbs, Annealing and cleaning the copper strips, Re- insulation of copper strips with craft paper tape and making the coil as per original shape. Fixing the coils in transformer core with proper LT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with LT insulation

Fixing the core and coil in the transformer tank with safe and sound condition. Replacement of top cover gasket and insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage. Replacement of silicajel.

P/Fixing of winding protection pad

Repairing of LT Copper bolt and Pam, remettling and finishing the same as per original shape and size.

Filling of T/oil to up to top up level as required, (Transformer oil shall be provide by the department).

Dehydration of transformer oil.

Assembling the complete transformer.

Lifting and lowering the transformer from the DJB Site.
