1) Strengthening of road from Kattaneri to Kannathikulam Road Km 0/0-4/0 in Samugaregapuram pt in Radhapuram Panchayat union (R90)

Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect. Km 0/0 - 4/0

Picking the existing surface to 50mm to 100mm thick including labour and hire charges for picking tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc complete. Km 0/0 - 4/0

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete. Km 0/0 - 4/0

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 150mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. Km 0/0 - 4/0

Providing and laying PRIME COAT over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification. Km 0/0 - 4/0

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type A over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for premeasurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by vibrator rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and vibrator rolling seperately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for CMP vibrator roller 80-100 KN capacity and all incidental charges etc., complete. (Using Paver Finisher & Vibrator Roller) Km 0/0 - 4/0
